I wish you could rate 0 stars, but unfortunately you can't do she gets 1. She did my hair a few weeks ago. I showed her a picture of "what I'd like to het to eventually." My hair was almost black and I wanted to lighten it a lot, but knew it would take several sessions. Araceli herself said she could do it in one day. I trusted her. BIG MISTAKE. After she put 40 volume bleach in my hair and let me sit under a dryer for almost an hour, my hair broke off! I have bits of hair on my head not even three inches long! To top it off, she hacked off 8"of my hair to make it blend more. She apologized, but there's no coming back from that when my hair hit the waist band on my pants when I walked into her shop. Then she told me she wasn't going to cash my check (after she asked for patent for destroying my hair). Guess what cleared my account today? Yup, you guessed it. The check I wrote her. I will never, ever recommend...
