went in asking to get a 10k ring sized up from 9 to 11, and to add 1-2 grams of gold to not only retain shape but add weight, had the women working there weigh my ring at 6.2 grams, i wanted it to have a thick band vs having it thinned out to a bigger size. was told the sizing would be 80 dollars, and that they would call me back to let me know how much more it would be to add the 1-2 grams of gold I had asked for, was told i would get a call back in 2 hours.

well the first day came and went, didn't receive a call back the second day. on the third day i called and was told i would get a message back after price for my work was confirmed, again did not receive message. on the forth day my wife went in to ask about ring, was told they were waiting on me and message was sent but it turned a text was sent to wrong area code. young lady tells my wife its going to to 255 total to resize and add gold, she apologized and said it would be done by Monday. On Sunday I get a call that it is done and I'm reminded of the 250 total and that it has to be paid cash. at this point I'm just more worried about getting the ring back as it belonged to an uncle that had passed.

After taking back my ring it weighs 6.4 grams. i was charged 250 dollars, 80 to resize and 170 for extra gold that was not added. rather than going back and forth, i decided to learn from my mistake...
