I have so far had an awful experience with them so far. This is our only option. This is the only place that takes our ins. I am a victim of stalking and I have had to factory data reset my phone several times over the last few weeks. My calender was messed with so we showed up to my daughter's appt a week early just to have to turn around and go home. I also have a sleep disorder where I fall asleep suddenly at at random and stress triggers it. When I wake up I am really disoriented and I have memory challenges so we missed our appt we had been waiting for for several months. I emailed them the second I realized they didn't call and we missed our appt. They said they canceled all of our appts and they would no longer take us as clients because I'm a victim of a crime and have a disability that prevented us from coming. My daughter is in a lot of pain and once she heard she then tried to exit this world because she doesn't want to live anymore.... I got her to the hospital and she is OK now but this facility still will not understand that our situation is unusual and they will not make an exception. There are situations in life that are exceptions to the rules we have and for reasons that are beyond our control. This place is aware of what has happened, understand that they are our only option and do not care about my daughter's mental or physical health at all. I am horrified by their actions and inaction and I hope that no one else fails victim to it. So if you have a disability, are a victim of a crime or anything happens to you that you cannot control you still must go to your appt or you are out of luck and will be banned. Dr Tom Wei is an amazing endodontist.

The root canal procedure on my lower molar tooth was performed perfectly by Dr Wei. He took me immediately out of pain. Dr Wei also has a gentle touch and his ability to provide painless local anesthesia definitely made the process feel like a breeze.

When I went back to my dentist and he saw my tooth, he immediately gave me two comments:

1. Dr Wei did an amazing job of the root canal by evaluating the post operative x ray.
2. Dr Wei performed a minimally invasive access hole through the tooth, which preserves and maximizes the amount of remaining tooth structure. My dentist said that Dr Wei is the best endodontist based on critically evaluating his work.

The following day, Dr Wei followed up with me to make sure I was doing okay. I couldn’t believe he had the time to do this as this was the first clinical provider to ever follow up with me personally the next day.

I will referring all my friends, family and colleagues to Dr Wei as he simply was a hero saving my tooth and taking me out of pain....

About a year ago, I had a retreatment root canal procedure at Renton Endodontics. Since my insurance didn’t cover it, I paid out of pocket. The treatment took nearly four hours. During the procedure, the dentist and assistant were chatting a lot about their vacations, which felt unprofessional.

❌What’s worse, they started treatment on the wrong tooth. They drilled into a healthy tooth before realizing their mistake halfway through. They then changed direction and continued with the correct tooth. At the end, the dentist only said, “I’m sorry.”

More than a year later, my root canal case is still infected, and now I’m facing additional costs to replace a crown on the healthy tooth...
