They have a good selection and their prices are just okay. Most of their staff was uninterested in helping and a bit condescending. The manager had a...smug attitude and didn't seem to care too much as long as they made a sale. I did end up purchasing here but went to the Kent store for service. The Kent store was so much more friendly and involved and if they would have had the ring in stock there I would have gladly gone there instead. I understand that they are here to make sales, however, I just felt like I didn't matter. I liked Fred Meyer Jewelers, however this store hurt their reputation. Kim was always a pleasure to work with. We have bought multiple rings, necklaces ect from here. Unfortunately Kim retired and the new manager is not so good. She made my husband feel like he was being profiled. acted like he shouldn't be there and was wasting her time. He took my engagement ring to get it cleaned and purchase a new band for me. Not only did he take my ring but the ring size is in their computer, when he got the new ring its was way too small and my engagement ring wasnt clean. The jewelry department was supposed to open at 10 o'clock, I watched the l Lady unlock the gate go inside and Lock it. She looked up at me multiple times during the 15 minutes I patiently waited before asking what time they open. She said 11 o'clock, I told her their website says 10 o'clock she was like oh well will open at 10 eventually.
