The Kent store was so much more friendly and involved and if they would have had the ring in stock there I would have gladly gone there instead. She made my husband feel like he was being profiled. acted like he shouldn't be there and was wasting her time. He took my engagement ring to get it cleaned and purchase a new band for me.
