This place is supposed to be called "Pay Less" I want to be fair. Customer service is good. The staff is respectful. when it comes to putting a value on your electronics, it's actually ridiculous. I drove from Washington DC to Reston, I walked in the store and there was a lady in the process of selling her MacBook Air and AirPods Max , The MacBook Air was in pristine condition. Even the employee was saying that. Long story short, she was offered $360. She grabbed it and left. then it's my turn, so I took out from my peak design bag 3 items. Sony 7R3 camera ( purchased for $3000) 16 to 35 G master zoom lens (Purchased for $2300) 70 to 200 G master zoom lens (Purchased for $2700) The kid was fiddling with the pieces and looking for apparently serial numbers and checking his computer screen then ask help from his coworker.... about 15 minutes later, he came back with a value that is contingent upon the fact that he will test them and make sure they are in working order: The offer was $1900 , at that point, I started packing my gear inside my bag, not leaving him any chance to negotiate. he was somewhat apologetic, and I told him I understand. he also asked me if I had a price in mind I told him you should at least get close enough to $3400 So I left the store. Do not waste your time here! I went in selling a like new flawless iPhone 14 pro max, after the guy helping me out spend 10 minutes looking for what they sell for on eBay, he had the nerve to offer me 400 bucks!! And take notes people they have the same phone I was selling them on their store for 1250! That’s crazy huh! GameStop is know for low balling on electronics! But let me tell you that Paymore is GameStop on steroids! This place is a robbery. I recommend this place to people who just need a quick high fix. They will more than happy to offer you 10% of what your item is worth. OfferUp and Facebook marketplace is a bit of a hassle to do but you’ll get your moneys worth!! I wish I had the contact info to the owner of this place so I can spit a little bit of knowledge to him/her. Stay away from this place.
