Core IV Therapy — Local services in Herndon

I took hydration IV twice from this place. The first one was administered by a female nurse which was very professional. However the second IV was administered by a male that contained few very small bubbles, and the IV bag was not full 1000 ml/1 liter. It was about 800 ml. I didn't made issue there since bubble causing the issue is rare according to NIH.gov but if there is a 0.01 percent chance, it should not be taken! and I paid nearly $200 I should have been given full liter of IV since I had made it clear that the vitamins are optional for me but hydration is my main concern. I have a video but since another face was captured so I am not sharing the video online for the sake of other person's privacy.

Update to the Reply: First, I am not looking for the refund. The other platform may have taken longer to approve the review. I posted the reviews on both platforms back to back using the link sent by you to ask how your business did. Yes, the total was $197 to be exact due to adding the vitamins. I never said amount was incorrect but I know the bag was not full this time. I still need hydration and so I'll have to find a new facility. It would have been nice to work with you as a returning customer. I returned to you for the second time as I mentioned earlier because the first hydration was administered professionally. I have nothing against the business to falsely accuse so the video is legit because you know video is not time stamped it is convenient for you to deny and because you know the bubble cannot be denied so you are providing false clarification for that. The NIH doesn't mention the age it mentiones the risk even if it does, the bubbles are something that can be avoided and so full precautions should have been taken. Just because I am young does not justify for you to be careless. I am taking another star off because instead of apologizing and acknowleding that mistakes can happen, you have now made the service worst by accusing the customer. My girlfriend and I wanted to enjoy some Him & Her rejuvenation time, so she felt going to Core IV Therapy would be a great way to get a recharge; spoiler alert...she was right! We were anticipating a drive to their Herndon office, but they are currently operating out of their new Tysons location, so off we went. We were greeted by Victoria, who introduced us to Sandy; both a delight. Sandy took us to the room where the drips are administered and we discussed the products that we were interested in. After some discussions, we were introduced to Ginger and Patrick who professionally administered the drips and relocated us (together) to allow the IV to deliver the essential nutrients into our bodies. She opted for the Glutathione & vitamin D Drip, whereas I received The Beauty/Anti-Aging Drip. We were then seated into comfortable chairs and offered refreshments. After about 30 minutes, we were all done and out the door. We opted to pay by credit card, but there was a reduced rate for cash payment. They also provided multi-visit discount rates. From making the appointment (by phone), parking, introduction to receiving the drips, the process was efficient, flawless and an overall pleasant experience.
