UPDATED REVIEW: I changed the three stars to five- I had a great experience! I brought a cracked screen and an unchipped phone- the unchipped phone was done before I could even walk to the wall to peruse the hundreds of cases there. Wow. Customer service so far - EXCELLENT!!! My other phone had to wait until the tech showed up. No prob, I hung out across the street a bit, and when I can back, phone, done. I cannot complain. The gentleman that was helping me, awesome, funny, and kept telling me to change my area code to 911. LOL it was so early in the morning, I had no coffee - he was just hilarious! Thanks for the excellent customer service! You all are awesome! 👍👍
I picked this place because of all of the good reviews. But I did not have a good experience. A guy that looked like he was in charge, said that my phone will be ready in 5 minutes. So I stood over to the side and waited, while this man with two women, walked into the store and went straight to the counter. There was still three people behind me. The guy in charge started taking care of him right away. Well that doesn't seem very fair. Didn't even tell the people in line - I'll be right with you, or anything. SMH after waiting about 10 minutes, I went up to the counter to ask where can I find a case for my phone. I guess the guy thought I was there for something else, because he said it'll be just a moment. I tried to tell him I just wanted to ask a question, but he was not hearing it. So off to the side again I wait. About 10 more minutes creep by and I decided to take out my phone and start writing this review. I guess the guy in charge saw me - all of a sudden he was awesome, excellent customer service, my phone was ready. I don't think that's right. Yelling toddlers, loud preteen customers, a person who seemed to be drunk/high, yelling and fighting with himself right outside the store door... I had to time it correctly so that the gentleman walked off to his right, cursing at an invisible thing, while I ran in the store, on his left. I do not know if I will be coming...
Read moreI came here to get the cracked screen of my LG Stylo fixed on 5/19/24. Nothing else was wrong with my phone when I dropped it off around 1130 am. A little over two hours later I get my phone back with a completely dead battery, my power button was loose, and my fingerprint function no longer working. I took it back and they said they would have to fix the whole thing. One of the guys working there said they changed the battery because the original was too big to fit. I asked why he didn't inform me of the battery change? He replied that the tech didn't tell him so he felt no need to tell me. He claimed he did me a favor by not charging for the battery change. He said my battery was too swollen to fit whatever casing they were using. Just to get the screen fixed I was charged $100. The guy was then becoming aggressive when I started questioning why he wouldn't feel the need to inform of any other changes that they do to the customers property. He kept asking "what is the problem? What is the problem?" I told him there was no problem; just be more transparent with your customers. They eventually fixed my phone. Another guy in a blue shirt came from around the back and gave my phone to the young lady who was working the front. They returned both my phone and the original casing with the old battery. The screen is fine except now my stylus pen is no longer recognized by my phone. Buyer beware on just who you hand your property to. Not everyone has the best intentions when it comes to repairs! I’m sure the workers that aren’t related to the owners are okay but the work they did was bad. So back in October/november I brought my wife’s galaxy note 20 ultra to get a battery changed. They said somewhere along the line of 80 to 100 for the price. It’s been a while so I can’t recall all that well the exact amount. I had to comeback twice because it looked like the phone wasn’t sealed right after the job was done. So they resealed again. Fast forward few months my wife says her phone is dying at 15 percent and is having issues. So I take it back and ask if the battery is okay they said the would take it back and see if it’s still good for the warranty I come back 3 hours later they tell me that the battery was never replaced and that they changed the battery right now. I told them I paid for the work to be done for the battery and they said well idk what they did but it wasn’t that. They even laugh because I don’t recall the price right and say how do I know I didn’t get something else changed and I said I came for the battery why would you change something other than that. So then the guy tells me well what do you want to do because he said he would take both parts off. That they supposedly hanged which was the charging port and battery. Which the charging port worked when I first took the phone. I told him why am I going to let you take something off that I supposedly paid for already. That they’re stupid.
