We are damn impressed. There were so many people coming and going, dining in and taking out. Inside seats are limited while more offered with outdoor dining space as well. Amazing prices, small taqueria, with large offerings down to food and service. Fast and wonderful service while busy. We can tell a lot of love and patience is put into the food and interaction with customers. Very inviting vibes. I sure didn't feel like a customer but rather a guest. You've created my love for Menudo again after so many years. THANK YOU!! Can't wait to try EVERYTHING else 🤤. A Gem for the Rialto area.

We ordered Birria de Res, Menudo, and Chicharron. It was all amazing! We normally only eat Birria de Chivo, but I ordered the Birria for myself in case the Menudo disappointed. It was shockingly delicious for a beef birria. As for the chicharron, we were provided a few tortillas(fresh handmade) with the ONE piece that was ordered-- Made fresh, evenly fried, crispy and juicy, as most places tend to over fry their chicharron dry and hard.

MENUDO DID NOT DISAPPOINT! The highlight of the place for us during our visit was definitely the menudo. It is DELICIOUS! I have said I didn't like menudo for years because everywhere I have ordered it seemed like they didn't cook it well or long enough until I stopped ordering it completely because of way too chewy or way too strong smell of tripe, old or seemingly canned. Their broth is clean, flavorful, and definitely tastes freshly made. Tripe, buttery soft. They gave us the option to add pata and hominy-- uhh YES! Salsa very good and went well...

I’m only giving this place a 1 Star because the tacos were good BUT!! On this lovely Friday morning we decided to stop by here and eat. Got our food , service was average , no complaints there. It wasn’t until I saw a ROACH come on to the table from where my plate was. I was completely disgusted and decided to get up and leave. As my mother went up to go pay for our food , she informed the person in charge of what had happened. Instead of apologizing or trying to make things better , he simply continued to charge her and went off with some dry humor about how , “it could have been us that brought the roach along.” I was completely appalled at his comment. It was neither humorous nor ethical . I’ll be sure to take my business elsewhere and recommend that you do as well . I can guarantee it won’t be humorous when the health inspector makes his way to this...
