HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!! 1ST AND LAST TIME TO EVER GO BACK!! ALL kind of drug addicts trying to sell any and everything. The staff talk& treated them HORRIBLY. I SHUD HAVE RAN OUT THEN, BUT I DID NOT!!
On Aug4,2024 I took my SAMSUNG Galaxy to get knock off designer case. The young guy pointed in the direction, after lookn 20min u still cudnt find the section for my phone. Took another 20min for someone physically came and pointed out the cases. I picked 6 knock off cases. Waited another 30min in line and another rude person. Something told me to ask him to put a case on for me AND it was NOT the right one, even tho one if their workers told me it was. Finally he claims they don't have any in stock and I cud order some. I paid $140 for the 6 knock off cases and told to call in a week for p/U. I called every Friday for a WHOLE MONTH, same story c/b in a week. I finally went back up there. Waited in line 30min and nasty horrible service. I gave them the receipt and he asked me who did I make the purchase with???? How tf shud I know, I've only been here 2x. So he's lookn all around for the cases, then ask me how did I get the receipt. Duhhhhh when I paid for it with my ATM, he gave me the receipt. Then he says talk to mgr OMAR. Waited 15min, his attitude was nasty too, ask me where I get the receipt from bcuz the person name on the receipt doesn't work there anymore and they don't see an order submitted. I was done and ask for a refund. I cud NOT believe these ppl??? He can't give me a refund until he talks to the owner and hes out of the country. Hmmmmm....I thought he was the owner?? But he'll hold onto the receipt and re-order them. NO THANKS. I called the bank and filed a claim to get my refund, which was immediately put in my account.

   Read moreI brought my Xbox to OMARS to get repaired on Oct 23 bc the hdmi wasn't working correctly. I just barely got it back Nov 4th after having two complain & the money was paid up front. I go to pick my Xbox up once it was finished and I asked if they could plug it up and show me that it was working he said he checked it a lot of times already so no need to check again. Strange that he would even tell me no i cant check my game b4 leaving. We trusted his word. When we get home it still did not work đ so we had to drive all the way back to Omar's. Being frustrated my BF ask for a refund because at this point the job was still not done so one of Omar staff asked to see the Xbox to check it out he goes to the back and pushes the HDMI outlet all the way in out of spite. Then bring it back to us & gave a refund. At this point the game was worse than when we first brought it. Also when we brought it back the second time because it still wasn't repaired the HDMI cord was intact but was not working properly he pushed the whole HDMI out of place b4 giving refund.    Read moreDid not like the service at all. When my phone broke I went into omars to get it fixed or at least looked at. They did look at it and told me that it had water damage. I listened then told them that I never dropped it in water so that cannot be possible. So then they told me okay we will have our tech look at it again. I was okay with that so I said okay. Then the following day I went in to check if they found a problem, but when I got there they once again told me that it had water damage. This is when I became very upset because I thought we established that It wasn't the water damage that damaged the phone. So I am assuming that they just looked at a broken phone and say the easiest possible thing to say when dealing with a non op phone. I just took my phone and left at that point.
