Absolutely the worst experience ever! I received a delivery on Friday afternoon around 3 PM and then I woke up the next morning the roses were dead. I called and left a message at 9 AM and got no response, no voicemail, just somebody cell phone. I waited almost 4 hours And called again this time someone clearly in a car answered and I voiced my concerns. She said she would talk to the manager on Monday. The posted hours for Saturday or until 4 PM. When I asked why she couldn’t contact managers or address my concern today, she told me they were closed.

When I told her this was not acceptable and I have to wait until Monday she hung up on me. I plan to track down where this was ordered, one 800 flowers etc., and have them address quality of flowers I received in the lack of customer service from what is obviously a very low quality florist

When I am able to be mobile again I have intention of going to this address because best as I can tell on Google live I this is some rinky-dink business out of...

HORRIBLE AND EMBARRASSING! I ordered the Lilac Spray for $189 for a funeral. The florist told me that arrangement would arrive 1 hour before the service. When the arrangement was not there I called and they said they were sorry and that they had just noticed the arrangement was supposed to be there. The arrangement arrived 50 minutes late and they disrupted the entire service while the placed the arrangement and tried to fix their stand that was falling apart. On top of that, the arrangement was NOT the Lilac Spray and looked more like a 4th of July wreath arrangement. NOTHING like the Lilac Spray. When I called the following day the florist thought it was funny and said she would give me 10% off my next order. I would NEVER order from them again. It was sad, and embarrassing...just a...

My first time using Geni's florist & gifts and not the last. I normally use another local florist but their website was down, so I moved on and found Geni's.

I ordered a standard arrangement for my wife's birthday and it was delivered today. This is the nicest and most personalized arrangement I have ever seen!

The flowers were beautiful. Geni's personalized the base with my message I thought was only going to arrive on a card like most places do. They also added a very nice saying to the base that resembled what I'd say to her which was awesome.

My wife was so happy and could not stop saying how beautiful the arrangement was and also said it was the best she's ever received.
