Usually I have a pretty good experience here, but I really wish they would either update the signs that are displayed on the clothing racks, or update the prices when they ring up items. I found a robe from a certain brand that was originally 36 dollars but according to the digital sign right on the clothes rack where the robe was, it said 50% off. It even broke down how much it would be for each item and I saw that the $36 was $18 with the discount (which makes sense, of course). I eventually go to the register and see that it rang up at around 28 dollars. I asked the lady and she said it was 20% off and I explained the digital sign on the rack where I found it said 50%. She called a girl over and they eventually scanned it on her portable scanner. The scanner also said 28 dollars so I just decided to not buy it. I get it’s only a 10 dollar difference but the whole reason why I even wanted to get it was because of how good of a sale it was, yet it was falsely advertised.
The cashier did give me a coupon off the other item I actually decided to buy, which was nice. I just wished that the signs reflected the actual price for things, otherwise I wouldn’t have wasted my time carrying it with me...
Read moreKohl's use to be one of my favorite stores but I have had nothing but bad luck with this store (much of it from Kohl's corporate decrease in customer service). I was trying to buy curtains and made a few trips back and forth...shelves pretty bare..told to go to kiosk (ugh!!) that customer service personnel were not allowed to help me (for my own good - security you know) first kiosk was broken and the second one was extremely time consuming to use...could not even find the brand that was in the store listed on the computer site...a manager was going to help but never showed up...finally gave up and took everything back (also some poor quality - Kohl's use to be better than Walmart - now just more expensive) Kept one pair of curtains; put them up and discovered that one panel was an inch shorter than the other! Called store and Supervisor could not find them with the UPC number - I suggested she just go look then another lady got on the phone and said they could not help me; I should go online!!! or call customer service number for help - real short on apologies too....even if they wanted to help, Corporate Kohl's has decreased good customer...
Read moreI got to Kohl's an hour before they close today and everyone was very kind and helping with what I needed. Plus they had 50% off of their stuff already marked down so I managed to buy five different items and the normal total came up to $150 and I only had to pay $31.48. It was an awesome deal where I saved $120 and nobody cared that I was 2 minutes late getting out of the dressing rooms. Also when I first got there I wasn't planning on using a cart but I need one I went back to get it caring a few pairs of jeans and I missed put the buzzers off at the doors on both of them and three people of the employees were like it's okay just keep walking it doesn't matter they will shut off. I thought that was very kind of everyone there and I'd like to add that my person who checked me out Nolan was very kind and giving me information I needed.
