So I ordered a book, during their move of their warehouses. So it's understandable there'd be, delays. But, 16 days, with no order fulfilled or any update at all. It is. egregious how this companies customer support has been acting. I've e-mailed, a handful of times, asking for updates. The first time I received "It's delayed by about 4 days, but in the late stages of processing, expect an email with tracking info in the near future,". Nothing after. So I email again, this time being answered with, "our average processing time takes 1-3 business days, with a delay of 4 days, it will likely be shipped out early next week," Nothing. It is now late next week, and still, nothing. I sent one last one, hoping it would result in my book as, I still, REALLY want it. In fact I'd love to support this company period, with some of the cooler geek stuff they, SEEM, to have. But emphasis on that word. But they completely ignored it. Read moreThey’ve successfully shipped 16 times to me in the past year or so. Great prices. Excellent job packing the boxes. For example, I recently ordered a game with 4 books. The books were separately wrapped in two bubble mailers within the main shipping box for added protection (in addition to the normal packing material used to fill the box). Fantastic!
They were a bit slow when moving to a new warehouse this summer but seem to be back to normal now. Offered an apology on their website about their struggles during that process, which I appreciate. It’s on their site’s blog for all the world to read. Very detailed, humble, and sincere. No sweeping it under the rug. Smart. And it’s paying off for them, at least for me.
Game Nerdz is now my favorite gaming online retailer and will be getting a larger share of my purchases moving forward.

The order was delayed in processing due to a rare winter storm (company is based in Texas) that shut down the town. Once everyone was back to work, processing happened in a couple of days and the order arrived just a few days later. The product was well protected in the packaging, and they had the best prices on the internet. I called customer service to check on the order when it got to be 3 days and still not fulfilled, the CSR was friendly and helpful and informed me of the storm and being shut down as a result. I was worried the game was out of stock again but she assured me that it had been verified and would be fulfilled as soon as the workers got back post-storm.
