Today while on my lunch break I was coming to get a chicken bowl and while getting cheese put on my bowl it was guacamole in the cheese. I informed lily the white young lady with the neck tattoo literally snatched the cheese out the middle of the bowl threw it away n spreader the other cheese over the bowl which still had guacamole. She literally rolled her eyes when I asked what’s up with the attitude. I spoke with a African American manager who literally didn’t really seem to care about what I was saying because maybe of my dark skin tone long nails maybe he perceived I’m looking for a issue when I literally work in the buildings across from chipotle as a banker. He decides to give me the bowl for free as if that’s what I’m looking for and I wasn’t because at the end of the day it was still a lot of guacamole in the cheese silver tin. Like I mention to the African American manager I’ve worked for chipotle back on 2012-2014 I know that having any ingredients in other containers is not suppose to be happening or should have been caught before serving to customers also the way she was serving the portions just literally throwing the stuff on there while the tomatoes is landing in the sour cream. Really disappointed because I come here weekly n I had to literally change my course of plan because of lily attitude and customer service. I’ve had many issues with lily before but never spoke on it because she usually is always by the beginning of the line never towards the end so it never really effects the service but when she was doing the whole line today . Read moreI came for a buy one get one free promo today. It was between 3-4pm. I arrived at 3:37pm, in plenty of time for the promo. Around 4:17 I finally made it to the front of the line. Thankfully before I ordered my two burritos, I asked if the promo would be honored since I arrived 23 minutes before the promo ended (typically in restaurants or stores, as long as you are IN the establishment by the end time, the promo is honored). I even called the customer service line of Chipotle this afternoon and the agent said I should be ok as long as I was inside the building before 4pm. The manager said you have NOT been waiting that long, when I most certainly was, and the people around me all vouched for that as they all made the journey over for the same promo. When I arrived there were 40 people in front of me and it took 40 minutes to get through the line. Several others behind me left as well when finding out the promo would not be honored. I totally understand the promo expired at 4, but it’s not our fault it took 40 minutes to get through the line (the staff was doing great- no complaints there- they were working hard!). However, to tell me I wasn’t waiting as long as I was… Little did the manager know, for days like this I have a special cash tip for each member of staff. It’s something I like to do when the workers have to work busy promo days to thank them for what they do and cheer them up. What a bummer situation that has rained on my Chipotle parade. Read morePulling into this place, I was sure my experience would be phenomenal seeing as though this was my first time at this location. Boyyyyy was I wrong. When first walking in, the floors 🤢 but , I said maybe there was a lot of foot traffic today so no judgement. Got to the buffet bar and the counters were so disgusting. Old dried out food everywhere. We asked the worker if they could clean it off and she simply ignored us. Now I’m questioning myself but at this point I’m starving and need dinner so fingers crossed. Now, I only live 5 minutes away and I’m new to the area and as hungry as I was, it only took 4 minutes to get home. Got inside, set up. First bite- 🤮. No seasoning, rice hard as a brick and kinda cold. So let me warm it up. Add a little black pepper and salt and try again. 2nd bite, eh. Third bite you ask- a 👺 fingernail. Beyond disappointed and disgusted. This should be illegal. The Renner location needs better workers. Not all of them but those who work the line should always keep the food area clean.
