Whataburger — Restaurant in Plano

A lot of Whataburgers have gone downhill after being sold and a lot of them having teenagers not wanting to work run quite a few of the locations. The food tasted just like the old WB recipe we have noticed that the food around where we live do not have the same seasoning and the food is cold and just slapped together by teens that want to be on their phones and not wanting to work. This Whataburger was a wonderful surprise. The staff were friendly and hardworking. They were busy cooking, waiting on customers and actually bringing the food to us instead of screaming a number or our name out for us to come to collect. This store has a great deal of regulars because we could hear the customers calling the staff by name and inquiring about their day and family members. The staff would greet several regulars as they entered by name and the manager would come out to greet them and make small talk to the regulars. When we go to my Dr near or to Methodist Richardson Medical Center, we make sure to stop by and eat. We won't be known as regulars, but we sure do enjoy the food at this location and how nice the staff is at this very clean location. There was one time we stopped by after my post op visit and the bathroom floor was flooded. The person we told immediately went into the bathroom to investigate and immediately started mopping up the mess. We have complained at other locations about dirty bathrooms or water on the floor and we have been ignored and nothing happened the whole time we were there. Every person that works there looks like a deer in the headlights. Every time I go there they get my order wrong. I have to sit there and wait on my food for 25 to 35 minutes and one time they came out after I was sitting for 30 minutes and told me they forgot what I ordered I don’t know how but they did it. I don’t know if y’all are hiring interns or what but you probably should get someone over there. That actually knows how to run a fast food joint or are you just that desperate to fill positions, so you just pick up anyone whether they know how to make food or care about making food or care about your service all they want is a check you should probably find some better employees look at your rating you have not even been open six months and you have the worst rating than Pleasant Grove or Oak Cliff and people over there are scared to serve, but they do a better job than here and they’re quicker at it no matter what time of day you come here I come at 4 am to get me breakfast in the mornings and I will not be stopping there again why does it take this place so long to get orders out and get people there food we literally have to sit in line for 30 to 40 minutes who the hell wants to do that at a fast food restaurant I would rather go somewhere else and sit down and eat and get better food then stop here this place is a joke does Joe Biden own this place because there about...

A criminal Enterprise - My Story

I was driving thru and a friend wanted a burger so we stopped by. when someone was taking the order, I was asked if i wanted to donate to the salvation army for a free coupon. I was like why not and i donated a dollar.

Fast forward few days I was driving thru again and wanted to use my coupon. I order a 32oz drink and a medium fry to get my fee whataburger but when i was about to pay, he couldnt enter it in and he tols me i have to order a whole meal to use the coupon. I did and after a long wait the food came out in a big bag and my total was $15.14.

Sketchy total but i was waiting for a while ( 25 min). so i didnt want to delay the long line. I paid and left but when i got home, I opened the bag. I had 2 fries and 1 buger ( cold) and my drink.

The interesting part was when i looked at my reciept
