It was nice having a theater in Richland Center but it never seemed like it was kept up well or taken itself serious enough. The bathrooms were just disgusting and until just a few years ago the screens were very outdated. They would occasionally start movies early for no apparent reason, sometimes be closed also with no reasoning, and recently wouldn't even play a movie if they didn't feel like it was worth the energy costs. It just felt like they thought they could do whatever they wanted and still get business because they were located in a small town with no competition. Customer service from new owners is friendly, helpful and satisfactory.First time partaking in the indoor cinema experience in almost close to 2 years. I was happy to support the local theatre in their efforts to stay open and provide our community this form of entertainment.
