We recently moved into a new home and Andrea and Travis have been so helpful! We purchased all of our shades through them and we couldn't be happier. They came to measure and install and made it so easy. Very competitive with pricing and loved all of the options available. We also purchased multiple Miele vacuums and LOVE them! Andrea let us test them before making the investment and that was much appreciated. All of these great experiences led us to purchase a new bed and mattress as well. I purchased 2 England recliners and had issue with the seat cushion on one chair The manufacturer has a 10 year warranty on that I contacted the store and I was not taken care of. Andrea did not return my calls when left messages on the phone and at the store. When I did catch up with her she did not have any answers finally she told me she was dropping the line and they, the company, was not going to do anything. I called the company and without any runaround The Manufacture is sending me a new seat cushion. I'm so happy with the great customer service I received from Andrea. When in NC early April, I fell in love with the Bogg bags. This store had a lot of them so my children were going to get me one for Mother's Day. At that time they were sold out everywhere. I started contacting distributors and that's how I was in contact with Andrea.
