I have had this jeweler size rings for me previously and was very impressed with the friendliness of the staff and owner. They were done with both my engagement and wedding ring so quickly that I next had them do my anniversary ring resize as well. All three pieces over 15 yrs old. Just last week I took in a piece of jewelry my husband bought me 10+ years ago. The first necklace he had ever bought me. It had some missing crystals and I was heartbroken I could no longer wear it as it had such sentimental value. So I took it in hoping they could help. Sure enough, it looks great once again! AND again it was done/ready ahead of schedule. Now keep in mind all these pieces were not bought from this store so they were not just providing excellent service because they sold me/us the jewelry. They just provide great service, period. This may become my new place (or at least one of them) to buy my jewelry. I looked around while I was at the store last week dropping off my necklace and I must say I was astounded at the selection of "affordable" jewelry. (Necklaces that were just stunning for $89-$150) I've never felt or been pressured by any sales people either unlike some other jewelers (which I HATE). The dollar amount I choose to spend on jewelry is my business and I don't care for jewelers that act like if your are not spending at least $500-$1000 you are "cheap". I have jewelry that cost well above that sure but sometimes a gal prefers to have a plethora of pieces to choose from over just a few very expensive pieces in her collection. Might I add I also LOVE the dog that is in the store! Such a cutie! Makes it seem more friendly and not like your typical "stuffy" jeweler. I think we may make Valentines purchase here this year. I can't imagine they won't have something that catches my eye in an affordable...

I am beyond happy with my recent purchase from J Jay Walsh Jewelers. Jayme designed a beautiful ring, which complements perfectly the stone that I had previously purchased. He worked with me every step of the way, offering his expert ideas and possibilities (suggestions) while always listening to my ideas and wishes, with absolutely no pressure.

His workmanship is of the highest quality and he had a super solution to make the ring fit my finger perfectly. The design and actual ring were completed in a very timely manner, and the ring was ready when promised.

The entire staff at J Jay Walsh is always welcoming, friendly and very helpful, whether I’m looking for a small inexpensive item, or if I just stop in to have my wedding ring checked and cleaned. Their service is top notch every time.

So thankful for you guys! My husband had purchased my engagement ring here last summer. I'm not sure if he was afraid I would say "no" lol, but he didn't purchase the matching wedding band at the same time. We waited way too long to go in and get it, about 3 1/2 weeks before the wedding. It was not in stock, and we had to special order the band. They were up front about the possibility that it may not be here in time, but they were still optimistic. When it wasn't here the day before the wedding, they called the manufacturer....who had not actually sent it like they were supposed to. They talked to the president of the company and he personally made sure that we got that ring in time for our ceremony! So, thank you!! We will never forget what you did for us! And we will recommend this...
