I'm only giving it a three star because if what happened today the loader Dillion L. dropped a gun cabinet I had just bought off a cart started to complain about his foot and when it dropped he didnt take the key out so it bent the key in the lock breaking the key off into the lock We spent a hour trying to get it out not being able to the ladies and gentleman Mike, Sam, Lori and the others were amazing and were willing to help and try to make it work but we couldn't if he would have just taken a few minutes to look see if the key was there put a hand on the safe and actually took his time I'd leave a 5 star but I cant but like I said everyone else did a absolutely amazing job I can't thank them enough just the loader. Ordered online using pay in 4. Guy answered phone unfriendly then brings out order. Cat food was wrong. Had red 40 in it which can cause issues in cats which 1 of mine had. I said I need to please exchange it after checking ingredients. Guy wanted me to exchange everything and pay cash. I said I just wanted to exchange cat food. Made me carry it in when he had cart. Charged 3 dollars difference when purina cat chow naturals is 3$ cheaper online. My husband ordered naturals not cat chow but never received my receipt that showed correct order. Always ready to help me when I go here. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. They have more items in this store than any store around for animals and necessary items for pets of all kinds. They have great hour's. Early in AM and later evening. I go early usually but last 2 time's in the afternoon. Still the same service fast in and out. The store is very clean.
