I was struggling to get things done to my truck I went to Best Buy a couple of times to try to get a remote start and alarm in. They sent me what they suggested for my vehicle and when I went to get it installed by them, they said I purchased the wrong one. They suggested another system, they couldn't install it because of COVID-19. I went to another place to install it, it was incomplete. Stopped by Pro Sound audio to see what he had to say. He gave me a suggestion, I purchased it, after a couple of days and many alarm systems later I had everything I needed. He let me know that this alarm system he wasn't too familiar with but tried it anyway. HE DID IT, he made it work, after some time it worked. Great customer service he kept me updated as he finished parts of it, had to improvise with others, taught me how to use it properly, and even fixed a couple of loose ends a prior installer had left loose.
