Subway — Restaurant in Virginia

I came in one evening to order myself what I thought was going to be a simple chill dinner and boy was I wrong after being in there for almost 45 min due to me having to keep repeating myself I was hoping that once my food was finished and I left and got home to eat it would be better nope I was wrong again. I got home to find out my sandwich and my pretzel both were burnt to the point my sandwich felt like a rock and my pretzel felt like a tree branch couldn't bite into either sandwich or my pretzel. Not to mention my pretzel didn't have no salt or butter or anything on it. That was just my order my husband was with me he as well was having to keep repeating himself to get what he wanted and didn't get that he told the man behind the counter he wanted his sandwich toseted with onions not once not twice but 5 TIMES and still didn't get what he wanted. I was just there yesterday May 17th and ordered two sandwiches. A 12 inch steak and cheese. No issues there. I also ordered a 12 inch Turkey with Provolone, spinach, green peppers, cucumbers, mayo, honey mustard and yellow mustard. Drove home less then 2in away and refrigerated the cold sandwich. I just ate it today at 12 Noon and was instantly sick, like never before. I called the Subway, spoke to a woman and told her my order, let her know I don't want a refund just wanted them to check the ingredients. Maybe the mayo or spinach was bad. BUT instead of showing any concern, she immediately said "our food is fresh!" And ofcourse im now more upset and sick because they don't care. Be Warned, something ain't right and they have had tons of workers and management over the years. I will let whoever owns the place know what happened before...

This location is horrible. I was giving them another chance after he served me a stale churro on my last visit. The worker is awful and unhygienic. He made the customer infront of me a meatball sub and once I got home I noticed there's tomato sauce on my wrapper and some on my sandwich. It was just a waste of money, I have a small child and wasn't going back to get new food. He doesn't know how to properly ring up the orders. I tried to use a gift card and he tells me it doesn't work because he didn't know how to key it in. I won't...
