Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Virginia

I recently ordered three sets of boneless wings, french fries, and one large supreme pizza. It was the most disgusting food experience I've had in a long time. The boneless wings weren't too bad, except for one piece that felt and tasted like crunchy gristle; however, the french fries tasted somewhat frostbitten. But the pizza was atrocious!!! I didn't think it was humanly possible to ruin a mixture of cheese, veggies, and meats, but--alas!--it is possible. The pizza looked and tasted old! The cheese definitely didn't taste fresh; the entire pizza tasted bland. I don't know if they forgot to add Italian seasonings, butter, etc., but there was no flavor profile. It tasted like cardboard. I used to LOVE Pizza Hut, but I'm astounded that this location has managed to remain in business for more...

Pizza was undercooked; crust was “limp” to put it nicely… at least two hands are necessary for a small slice. Side of cheese sticks was more a side of warm dough with a thin layer of burnt cheese than anything else.

Poorly prepared pizza is one thing, but money is another: beware of using any online deals - ordered the “$13.99 specialty pizza - carryout only” on the app and the subtotal showed as much while checking out, only to get charged over $20 for the same pizza upon pickup. I understand individual franchisees not participating in national deals, but offering one price then charging another is entirely inexcusable. Double check your receipts and card charges before leaving...

Cant even rate the food bcuz we never got it. Waited nearly an hour after ordering to be told “nothing is coming for another 20 minutes minimum” we were a pickup order that said it was ready at 7:40… we were sitting there waiting until well past 8. They wouldnt even let us inside the building until nearly 20 minutes after we got there and yelled at us when we tried to explain we were picking up. Several customers demanded refunds and a few mentioned the front lady at the register is “known” for having an attitude and being rude.
