The service over all was terrible. They don't even know what customer service is. The chick with the bad weave and bad attitude is ratchet as they come. Maybe it's cool to eat bugs where ever u from but here in VA we don't do ours like that. I called to inform them that it was bugs (more then one) in my shrimp egg fo young. And miss ratchet came off "we ain't got no bugs, we just had inspection Friday maybe the guy opened it up before he gave it to u." I kindly told her ok thanks miss ratchet I would go about this another way. The bag was tied when I received it and I was only next door so it's no way a bug could have gotten in my food from him. Called and tried to place a big order in the middle of my order she stopped me and said oh we can’t deliver to your particular address because the last time we came out you didn’t have no money to pay for the food. 1st of all why would I call knowing I don’t have any money to pay? 2nd This is my very first time ordering from them ever. So I told the lady and she said well it’s on our list not to deliver there anymore. Now I’ve been living in this same place for about six years now so I know she’s lying. When I got home to eat my food I put the rice on a plate and there was a fly in my food. I called back and told her that there was a fly in my food she said she would make me another one. I call back and ask her if she needs me to bring the food with the fly and she said yes she would make me another one after she saw the fly. I get there show her the fly and she said she’ll make another one. I tell her I don’t want another one I would just like my money back.
