Target Grocery — Local services in Richmond

The McDonald Avenue Target is well prepared for visitors during the pandemic. They have designated parking spots for "curbside" delivery orders. All carts and hand baskets are consistently cleaned with disinfectants, hand sanitizer stations at the front entry points, all self-service registers and exit area. Prerecorded messages play about mandatory mask-wearing and the availability of curbside services. The store is clean and most items are readily available (meaning: not being locked up in a cabinet). 5 stars for the great service and fast lines. 3 stars for the wonky wheel carts. Without fail, every time I come to this location, my cart has 2 wheels doing whatever they want to do and they clank loudly as I move about the store. Fun times...NOT. Although it is possible I get the same cart every time I come, it isn't...

I gave a three only because at 9p on Friday they only had 2 regular lines open and self checkout. For a Valentine's day weekend and 3 day weekend for most of us, that was poor scheduling...
