Cowboy's Kitchens — Local services in Ridgeland

After having a bad dealing with another Cowboy Maloney store I was directed to this location to speak with Joe S. The GM of Cowboy Maloney's. At first I thought I had finally found the man who could right my wrongs and give this whole ordeal some closure. He did not. So far he has made empty promises and pushed blame for his own inadequacy to dodge responsibility for a paltry $250 bucks. With so many Cowboy stores across the Jackson metro area as well as others across the state I am dumbfounded. There seems to be no one who can live up to there word (save the one nice woman who directed me to him in the first place) in this organization PERIOD. Although I have been unable to reach any of the brothers/owners to attempt to remedy this situation. Will update this review if...

I recently visited Cowboy’s Kitchens and had an exceptional experience. The store was well organized and had a wide variety of appliances to choose from. I was particularly impressed with the customer service I received. A special shout out to Jordan Black, who went above and beyond to assist me. Jordan took the time to show me the Cafe’ appliances and thoroughly explained their features and benefits. Her knowledge and patience made the entire shopping experience enjoyable and stress-free. I highly recommend Cowboy’sKitchens to anyone in need of quality appliances and top notch customer service. Thank you, Jordan, and Cowboy’s Kitchens! P.S. Absolutely abysmal customer service. Our brand new dishwasher was a dud, which we understand happens and production is outside of their control. However, our attempts to get it taken care of was where the problems began. Ignored phone calls, lack of follow ups and general incompetence helping us get the problem solved. Finally, our builder had to call and all of a sudden it’s getting taken care of whereas for the past several weeks they couldn’t even give us direction on what to do. Hopefully, it is a great product, but from our experience we are very disappointed and can not recommend...
