Interstate All Battery Center — Local services in Ridgeland

Went to check to see if current battery in car was still good or failing. Battery in trunk. Mechanic checked and yelled at me that battery no good. Did he show me any read out from his machine, proof, no. He just said to go back inside office and pay for new battery $280+. Paid for new battery plus install fee?? Car ready in quick time, but as I got to car, noticed the trunk lid was not connected correctly. Mechanic it seems forced the trunk down instead of pushing red light button which closes the "electric" trunk. Interstate Battery screwed up the trunk mechanism and now it would not close properly. Interstate Battery did not know how to repair and held this customer for over 1 1/2 hours trying to find a solution. Offered nothing for possible repair cost, no waive of install fee, much less a discount on this expensive battery. I lost it and after many arguments, went to European Auto Repair and they fixed it in 5 minutes. Interstate...

Attention truck drivers. Watch out with who you booking the load to this store. Usually they book the load with reload at this place, so you’ll get rate conf with total miles and decent rate for the whole trip. The thing is that this store does not reload you, they have thier junk truck pick up the core. So, you will end up with huge cut on rate conf, and stuck in Ridgeland without load. I just got here from San Antonio, supposed to be reloaded and go to Laredo, they just told me nothing to reload, and their broker just cut rate conf and decided to pay less than a half of the agreed rate for the load. You can’t do nothing about it. Doesn’t matter does this store just made false truck order or the broker made the wrong truck order, thing is that they are playing this game. So, all of you Owner/Ops are warned, think twice before you book the load to this place. BTW, ppl her are nice, everything is fine bit they are just a part of this...

They are rude and inconsiderate so my car wouldn’t start because of the battery according to my mechanic because his machine read that everything else checked out fine except for the battery my car wouldn’t start unless we jumped the battery off I purchased a battery from interstate 51 two weeks ago so I shouldn’t be having a problem with my battery so I bring the car back to the store and the general manager there said the left terminal had corrosion on it and they cleaned it off and now the car starts without a boost he even go as far as saying my starter may have something wrong with it but I literally just got a starter put on my car before I purchased the battery I’ve only had the battery two weeks I asked for a replacement being that I have a 6 year warranty on it and they refuse to give me a replacement in which I’m OWED !!
