Never had a worse experience at a restaurant. I went to Sonic this afternoon and ordered a VERY simple meal. 1 #9 (PLAIN) with a small mozz stick. It took about 10 mins to receive it. However, the order was wrong. I hadn't received my tater tots, the sandwich was NOT plain, and the mozz sticks were cold. So I click the red button to speak with a server about replacing my order. No response. for 15 mins. OK. so I try the drive-thru. Same thing. Get up to the menu screen/order spot. Nothing. No response. No "welcome to sonic". Nothing. I turn around to look behind me and cars are leaving one-by-one from the drive-thru empty-handed. OK. 45 mins have passed at this point between getting my original order (wrong) and now. Whatever, I'll try another stall. SAME THING. NO RESPONSE FOR 10+ minutes. Now I'm angry. I go up to the front of the restaurant and wait for a carhop to appear so that I can ask them about my order. I am met with one of the rudest, child-like carhops I've ever encountered. She acted like It was MY FAULT THEY GOT MY ORDER WRONG. but at least they took my original order and they're now working on replacing it. Or so I thought. I returned to my car, and waited (not kidding) another 30 minutes. I had enough time to call the corporate number, file a complaint, and be offered compensation all in this time. Eventually I gave up and just let them keep my money and my food. I'll never go back there to eat again. I may go back there and picket the restaurant, warning potential customers NEVER...

Pressed the button to inquire about it and they acted like they didn't know what I was talking about. Then the manager came to my car and asked AGAIN what I had ordered, but she was looking around the inside of my car nas and when she saw I didn't have any Sonic in my car she said she'd get it prepared. After a few minutes she brought my food out and asked if I had paid and I told her no, I had the cash to the exact change in my had, apparently she thought had an attitude (which I didn't) and told me "calm down with the attitude". So I guess I'm saying their customer service is poor and the manager shouldn't assume someone she doesn't know has an attitude, when that's just my everyday voice. From the speaker on the headset to the DRIVE THRU. If you young people don’t want to work or don’t have good customer service find an AT HOME JOB. All I wanted was my food get to the window she didn’t accept Apple Pay I said ok don’t worry about it. She close the window and YELL LOUD that I had an attitude. How when I only said I don’t want it. I’m a manager myself so I know how this goes. That was very rude. Even when I said on the speaker can I have that fresh she said is that all. Like she didn’t hear me say I wanted it fresh.
