BEWARE of this business!! I made an appointment online, advising that my laptop wasn't charging. I also asked for the prices. When Jacob arrived, he changed the power strip, but I thought that was odd because there were other things plugged into it that were charging fine. He gave me an invoice for $190 with a 2-hour min (he was here less than 1 hour) I questioned it and told him he never told me anything about a 2 hr min charge so he revised the bill to $95 which I paid. The charger worked for a day then it stopped charging again. Today I called and Tyler emailed me back telling me to change the power strip and check the panel and if that didn't work to use another company!! I was confused? I guess he was MAD because I called him out on his pricing!! He never mentioned a min charge and now he doesn't want to fix it and instead is telling to find another company and refunded my money!! I used "Technology King of the Lowcountry" services for the first time today & I was impressed. I had computer, internet and printer issues , along with a caption phone that also had internet issues. My technician was Jacob Anderson, was pleasant, extremely knowledgeable, and I would recommend highly.All of my issues were solved & everything is now working fine! Jacob delivers the personal touch. He provides the services you request offering guidance . He is patient with seniors who may have a knowledge deficit.(My parents.) Fair pricing and I would not hesitate to call again. While we were downloading some printer software, I mentioned that my camera was broken by the TSA, I was going to take out the SD card to download photos on the computer. Initially Tyler came to my rescue to help me move my 11,000 plus photos to an external hard drive. Although I’ve kept up with updating my MacBook Air and Apps, I was running out of space on the internal hard drive, making me unable to upgrade to OS Monterey. Tyler found out what was taking up so much space and fixed the problem that allowed him to upgrade my laptop to Monterey. He then partitioned my external hard drive so I was able to put photos that are very dear to me on the external hard drive. Tyler knew what to do and did it quickly.
