I'm required to give them at least one star in order to give this review, if I could I would take stars away from them from other reviews. I went here today on my lunch break and ordered two double cheeseburgers with no pickles.
24 minutes later in the drive-thru, I received two single cheeseburgers with extra pickles, that we're also cold. I bought these on my lunch break, and I was trying to eat on my way to a meeting that I had to be at. When I opened them and realized what I was served I figured I would go ahead and eat them anyway just by taking off the pickles, but the burgers were so cold the cheese wasn't even melted.
After my meeting, I returned to Burger King and went inside to return the food. The girl behind the counter gave me an attitude when I told her that the food I received was incorrect, saying "You bought this 3 hours ago and I wasn't even working then so this is not my fault." To which I replied "I'm not blaming you, I'm blaming your company. I don't want the food replaced, I just want a refund."
She got an attitude with me and turned around and yelled to the kitchen to make me two more double cheeseburgers to which I replied "Again, I told you I don't want more food I just want my money back."
At this point the manager came out and I explained the situation to her. She tried to give me a refund, but said, "I can't give you a refund because you bought this too long ago in the machine won't let me give you money back." So I thenthen to make a suggestion that should be simple for a manager of a fast-food establishment to figure out. Just get the money out of the safe and give me my money back so I can leave. We're not talking about a lot of money, it was only a $4 order, but it's the principle of the matter.
The manager turned around went back to get the money. While she was gone the first girl I spoke to handed me a bag and said "Here's your double cheeseburgers..." I looked at her puzzled because I'd already told her twice that I did not want any food. I told her for the third time "I do not want any food I don't want anything that you guys have touched oror h the chance to spit on or done something to because everybody in this building has an attitude with me for returning food that I did not order."
At this point, the manager returned and handed me my $4 and said Have a good night." At no point during my 10 minutes of trying to get my my refund did anybody in this establishment apologize. They blamed it on the fact that they weren't working that shift. They blamed it on the fact that the computer screen sometimes make mistakes even though my receipt does not match what I was given. They blamed it on the fact that the girls that work at the lunch shift aren't very good employees. Not once did anybody apologize to me for my inconvenience or the fact that I didn't get to eat lunch.
I know this will be meaningless to say, but I will never eat at this...
Read moreIf I could rate this place a 0 stars, I would! I have had multiple issues with this place ranging from cold fries and bad food, super long wait times, and disrespectful workers. The last and final experience I had with this business involved trying to order ahead on the app. I placed and paid for an order in advance knowing how horribly slow this service is. I walked in the building and saw a line with about 20 people in line waiting and went to the counter to pick up the order. I stood there for over 15 minutes while every worker ignored me. The one person on the cash register continued to check out the people in line ordering and i decided to ask where we pick up the mobile orders (to try to get someone to grab my order so i could leave) and that is when he told me i needed to get in line where there was a line comprised of a new 20 customers waiting.. right next to the pick up counter there was a flyer for the app that even said you download the app, place the order, and then pick up.. that is a lie... there is no avoiding the horrible restaurant and waste of time that...
Read moreThis store is troubled. I like Burger King well enough, being as I prefer a char broiled burger to flat grill fried, but they need to figure their stuff out. In the past six months, they've had a busted ice machine, no soda, unexpected closures, and tonight they totally botched my order. My food is usually cold, my soda tastes like its mixed wrong... But I stop by and order a Whopper every so often.
At about 8:30pm tonight, I ordered a Double Whopper and got a fish sandwich. It might have been a spicy chicken; but if that was chicken, they need to throw it all out. I'd have asked them to fix it, but I was tired, didn't check the bag, and didn't realize it until I got home. I threw the sandwich away and sent BK a DM on X; let's see if corporate will help me out. Maybe corporate will help that store out while they're at it because HOLY HECK.
I know stuff happens in restaurants, but I honestly believe the only reason they're still in business here is because the line at Zaxby's and Jersey Mike's...
