Over several years of receiving tanks of propane from this store, I decided to unfortunately no longer do business from this store. Why? I am naturally unable to learn different languages, including Spanish. This has been an ongoing struggle for me my entire life.

Yet, the store owner speaks and understands English well, and continually, and unwisely demands in each visit, giving me a hard time each time, over my not speaking Spanish. He even unfairly accused me of not wanting to learn Spanish. This is genuinely untrue.

Please no disrespect, I simply will not be able to appear before the store owner Alfredo again. I am through.

I have been a paying customer for years, and this time today on April 21, 2025, I put my foot down. This is a Heads-Up review for English-speaking potential customers. This may happen to you? And I sincerely hope not.

This is global society we live in together, with a variety ways of living and communicating, and to expect others to precisely behave strictly as we believe they should - so as to make life feel safer and more comfortable is unrealistic - and especially when it comes to just a simple business transaction over a tank of propane to be bought and delivered, and therefore does not need a Spanish translation.

This a family business. I had talked with the owner, Alfredo, informing that I needed a refrigerator for my apartment at Rincón, but I live at San Juan. When finally I reached the store, around 2:00pm, Alfredo mentioned that if the delivery staff were available early in the afternoon, he would deliver my refrigerator that afternoon. Before 5:00pm I had the refrigerator delivered in my apartment on the second floor. This is the type of service you receive from a family and local...
