I really wanted to leave a good review, but man. Mark came out to fix my fridge water dispenser after I had called. When he got here I told him there was a clog. He then said it was the valve and I paid for that part and he replaced it. Waited for the sealant to set and tried it, still wasn’t working. He came back and then fixed the clogged line like I had told him was the issue. The water line from the dispenser to the water valve then started leaking. He and his buddy put alien tape on that did nothing. He looked at me Thursday night and said I’ll bring a new hose tomorrow and I’ll be back between 9:30-10 am. He never showed up, not only that but I called him and he gave a bunch of excuses. I tried to be understanding and told him to just come Saturday. He told me he was on the way to my house Saturday and once again after 5 hours never showed. I called him today, Sunday and he said he would be on his way after his buddy took a shower. That was at 1:30 and it’s now 6 and guess what? He will or answer calls/text nothing. He said that the other people that gave him bad ratings he just couldn’t please. Well friend if you don’t show up to finish the job I see why. Don’t waste your time or money, use...

Called to have dryer repaired. He agreed to come out same day and was cheaper than others I had called. It was very obvious from the start when he arrived that he was very inexperienced and didn’t know what he was doing. Had to “leave to get parts” and said he’d be back in 40 mins or so. According to Google maps he was 16 mins from my house. 2 hrs later he showed back up and had the parts at “his shop”. He did a half a$$ job with cheap pieces. Not even 24 hours later, the problem is worse. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS GUY!! Guess you get what you pay for.
