Me and my GF, stopped as a last minute decision on where or what to eat for dinner. We walked in and was the only one in the restaurant. We looked to find a table and looked at several and could not find one that was cleaned. I saw a wipe rag and proceeded to wipe down the table so we had some thing that was clean. So, now that we had some what of a clean table (don't know if any real cleaning solution was on the rag or just plain water?) We waited, we waited, and waited remember it was just the two of us and we was the only ones in the restaurant at the time. Now we're not a young couple that maybe a little inpatient, we wasn't in rush but I did suggest to my GF that maybe I should go back a give them (four if I recall) a hand. So, finally some food arrives, Wong tong soup, then her shrimp and finally sweet and sour chicken. So in three different trips we receive our food in a restaurant with just me and her that needed to be served. The food at best was mediocre. The soup I should have given it back she said it wasn't any good (she always gets wong tong soup when we eat Chinese food, so I know this wasn't good). So, in the middle of us eating we realize we didn't have any napkins, so I ask for some napkins. We received like 3 to 4 super small napkins, I look at my GF and said, "what the hell am I supposed to do with these? You canit even blow your nose with this". I know restaurants have to conserve but to skimp on napkins, come on...We had already decided we wouldn't be back, that sealed it. At the end of this, I had to go back three times to get what little bit we need to get what we needed to take home ( Ginger, our pet which really doesn't need Chinese but that was the thought at the time). The food, ended up in the trash.. should have just left it...We will...
Read moreI called on a Friday night and placed an order for pick up (because I assumed it being a Friday night they’d be quite busy) I ordered a sweet and sour chicken with fried rice and a sweet and sour soup. The girl seemed nice enough and gave me a number for pick up. When I arrived about 15 mins later I walked in and to my surprise no one was there.. I walked to the counter and told her I had forgot my numbe and she asked what I had. She said you mean two sweet and sour chicken? I said no ma’am, just one and a soup. She said I spoke with you on the phone, you said two, I even read your order back to you. The manager at the establishment walked up and asked her what was going on and after she told her in Chinese, the manager then shrugged her shoulders and walked away! I was very upset with how this was handled and I think they were both quite rude seeing how it would have been such a simple thing for them to fix rather than charging me for something I did not order. I will not be returning, and to be honest the food wasn’t that good either. For $18 I could have easily eaten somewhere else with more...
