I tried the Impossible burger and it was great. I have to say, the only reason I have returned to BK is because of the friendliness of an employee, named Steven. I hadn't been to BK in 30 years, but for some inane reason, had an insatiable craving for a Whopper. I was overwhelmed with a young man named Steven. Good service is so lacking these days and Steven is like a ray of sunshine. I was so impressed with this young man that it made me have a 2nd trip to the drive-thru at BK. I had not heard of the Impossible burger and asked if it was any good. The girl taking the order stumbled over her words and then admitted she had never tried it. I was ready to drive away when a man took over the microphone and assured me the Impossible burger is delicious and he vouched that he was sure I would be pleased with it. I paid for the order and drove to the pickup window and to my surprise, it was Steven. He had overheard my inquiry about the burger and ran back to take over the microphone to answer my inquiry. As before, he was such a pleasant young man and I complimented him on being so professional, yet so friendly and bubbly. Soley because of this young man, I will be returning to BK several times--and ordering the Impossible Burger. Don't let this...
Read moreWe visited Friday night and all I can say is WOW. This place just opened and so many problems already. When we arrived, it was about 10:38. We were told that they would be closing in 10 minutes (closing time is 11:00). We ordered our food and it took about 10 minutes to receive. There was a lady at a table next to us who had been waiting over 20 minutes for a bacon cheeseburger. It turned out to be on our tray. We told them, but by that time, they had made her another one (I guess because they forgot where they put the first one). One of our fries was missing so they got us another one. My double whopper was missing the tomatoes and my wife’s angry whopper was missing tomatoes and the fried pieces (onions?). I took hers back and they remade it with the fried pieces, but the manager said they were out of tomatoes. My double whopper did not taste right. The flavor was off and the meat seemed dry and bland. At about 2:30 AM, I woke up with strong lower intestinal discomfort. After about 20 minutes in the bathroom (I will spare you the details), I was feeling well enough to go back to sleep. Read moreWe eat at this location at least 4 times a week I'm ashamed to admit but we almost always use coupons and I am aware that the coupon says no substitutions but when the employee ask what would you like to drink and you respond you want coffee bc it comes with it and she says there isn't a difference in the charge if you want iced coffee versus regular coffee and then she says you can also get sweet tea but then they charge you for getting something different. That's misleading that's called not training employees properly. And also the hashbrhash had so much salt we couldn't even eat them but she said she couldn't do anything about it. But whenever you are nice and polite to the manager and she is so rude. I have heard other people say that and I was so shocked and my feelings were hurt because she was hateful about the whole situation and I said we wouldn't be back and she simply said ok have a great evening!! She doesn't care about customers at all. She doesn't care about employees either that's why they are needing help so bad. Maybe someone will read this and contact me to get my side...
