I was sure that my iPhone's charge port was worn out and needed replacing. I was prepared to spend a $200 or so to have it repaired. I brought the phone to Cloud 9... and they cleaned out the port from a couple of years of collecting pocket lint, and it works as good as new!!! Best part? I only paid $25!!! (I had them replace my cracked screen as well... more on prices later.) The staff are friendly, helpful, and VERY patient with customers like me who have a hundred questions and no idea how to word the questions! I was so impressed with them that I brought in my kid's phone to have the cracked screen replaced, and we discovered that the charge port on her phone was broken. They had both of our phones repaired... 2 screens, 1 charge port, and added tempered protective screens in about 40 minutes! All cleaning, repairs, etc... and I spent just over $220, taxes included! Instead of getting a new phone for minor damages, you cannot go wrong in taking your phones/tablets to Cloud 9 in Rio Rancho! The savings are well worth...
Read moreI made some calls in Albuquerque this morning for prices to get my Apple pad repaired, my screen was beyond repair so I got some prices and they did not match cloud 9! Actually, they were quite a bit more expensive than the quote that I got from Ed at cloud 9 over the phone So I took it in this morning and my tablet was repaired much sooner than I expected. Also, when my boyfriend went to go pick up the tablet when it was ready much to my surprise I also received a six month warranty. I’ve Lived in Rio Rancho now for over 33 years and I try to stay local but sometimes I have to go down the hill! So not only did I get excellent service plus my repairs and the cost was much less than I anticipated and then again on top of it. I got a six month warranty. Staff was courteous, prompt, and extremely knowledgeable cloud 9 We’ll always have my business when it comes to any kind of computer or cell phone repair. Thanks again...
Read moreThis experience was very disappointing. I took in my MacBook Air that wasn’t working. I explained my issue to the tech working and was told it would be ready the following day. After not getting any information for three days, I called with no answer, finally I got a text asking what I needed, I explained in text I was the one with the MacBook, and was told again it would be two more days. Five days later I got a message saying a part needed to be ordered and the laptop would possibly need soldering. I showed up nearly three weeks from original drop off and was told “the part came in this morning I was just about to call you”... I asked for my laptop back. I took it to a different shop, and it was fixed in three hours. I would not recommend this...
