Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Rio Rancho

I was very disappointed coming In today there were three people working two make one female .The taller male with a visor had an attitude from the start or walking in and when we ordered the young lady was sweet .he then took my order and once and and my fiancé had ours we were waiting for our friend to decide what he wanted the guy with the visor then said if u guys are done I’ll check u out with an attitude like we weren’t allowed to wait and pay all together .my friend said he’d pay and then the guy just didn’t say anything annoyed and he then said he wanted a waffle cup with 2 scoops and asked if they could do 3 scoops he jumped in while she was serving and said no and he then asked again and the male said it’s like 4$ more for another one with an attitude once again .he started to ask what toppings they had cause he’s never been there and a lady comes in and is waiting and the guys ends up helping her and once the young lady finished his stuff and gave it to him we went to check out .our friend went to pay for us and he was thinking about buying a cookie I cream thing and ask about it .at this point the lady that came in line to pay next ,when he asked the question to the girl the guy standing behind her again jumped in explaining all rude about to to get us out of store and my friend didn’t decide to buy one but the guy worker there had the nerve to tell the lady I’m sorry like if we were holding up 10 minutes standing there.once we payed my friend turned around and he stepped up to counter and shook his head all annoyed and when we walked out starts laughing or talking under his breath to co worker . I don’t appreciate that type of service if it is 30 minutes before u close if it’s a problem close your doors before but don’t have an attitude cause that’s your job and have your ignorant young employees treat the people that go in there with more respect . That is so disgusting and disrespectful to treat someone that way for no reason cause your mad or having a bad day. On July 25th, I went to pickup a pre-ordered birthday cake around midday. There was a couple seated and three employees present. I stood at the front for about five minutes without receiving any acknowledgment. Not a single employee looked up from their tasks or greeted me. I observed that the employees were wearing AirPods. To add to my frustration, I was the only customer there waiting, with no phones ringing or any other distractions. This experience was extremely disappointing. I've never encountered such poor service before. I traveled from Bernalillo, and I would prefer to drive further into Albuquerque to buy an ice cream cake from Baskin-Robbins or even another ice cream shop. Clearly, training is necessary. Wonderful Experience! We haven’t been to this location in a couple of years due to lack of cleanliness, rude and unfriendly staff. Our go-to is Dairy Queen but the line was well onto Southern and decided to try this location again. Restaurant was clean, well-lit, smelled amazing and has a new fresh look. Staff were friendly and actually interacted while taking our order. They had smiles and awesome attitude while working during a rush of incoming customers.
