Subway — Restaurant in Rio Rancho

Beware if you are ordering from this location! This was the 3rd Chance we had given this restaurant and this is the 3rd consecutive time our order has been wrong. My sandwich was so burnt I had to remove the top layer of the bread just to eat it because it was so dry. Also there was no cheese on it and none of the extra veggies we ordered. The bread was so dry I had to add extra Mayo at home just to eat it. My husbands sandwich also had little to none of the veggies he ordered on his sandwich either. To top it off we ordered 2 Chocolate Chip Cookies and 1 Rasberry Cheesecake cookie. We received 3 Raspberry Cookies and No Chocolate Chip. I'm not sure why this location has gone down hill so much but we are tired of wasting our money for ingredients we paid for on our Sandwiches and not getting any or barely enough veggies to even cover the bread! How hard is it to make a sandwich? Apparently, none of the four people working there could do it. Short story, the guy who made my sandwich burned it in the oven. He pulled it out, stared at the burned sandwich, then looked at me hoping I would say “it’s ok. I LOVE burned food”. Then he blamed his coworker who was helping somebody else. He told me he would remake it. I said ok and went out to smoke giving him enough time to remake the 2 minute sandwich. I walk back in and they still didn’t remake it. Once again, both guys just looked at each other in confusion. I told them never mind and left. There is a happy ending however. There was a Jersey Mikes on the way home and I had never had it before. Thick cutts of meat, melted cheese, crispy lettuce, and crunchy pickles are found here. Accompanied with fast and friendly service make this location A+ in my book. Not to mention that the owner and his family are directly involved in the day to day operations adding an additional layer of quality that's unmatched by other sandwich shops like Jimmy Johns , Jersey Mike's etc... this subway along with this families other owned locations are genuinely a different caliber of food service. I got the "Rotisserie Style Chicken " loaded with EVERYTHING and honestly cant wait to return for another sandwich cause honestly there's not much other places I trust with my families and I's hunger.
