I started my journey to find the perfect blue gem back in May-happenstance by going to Diedrich’s to get a permanent bracelet with all the girls in my family. Who knew that Cynnara and I would embark on a 3 month journey? The service & quality is top of the line, the friendliness-never tire of a constant positive attitude😁, the commitment to getting every detail to just how I imagined it, the patience with meeting with me on numerous occasions because I changed my mind, the knowledge of the aquamarine gem and the diamond bands was all AMAZING! I love that it’s a small town jewelry store that treated me like family-not only Cynnara but everyone I came in contact with. How can I succinctly sum up 8 months of careful, gentle, diligent, thoughtful help and expertise? I walked into Diedrich’s with a loose gemstone and a very vague idea. And Camille was right there walking with me throughout the whole process- from vague idea to pencil sketches to cohesive drawings to computerized design to final piece. And throughout the ups and downs and challenges of creating a very customized piece, Camille always knew the best next step. Or, if on some rare occasion she didn’t know, she researched and found an answer. She gave me and my project so much of her time and was patient with both my moments of indecision and of persnickety-ness. The finished piece of jewelry is a true work of art. Dazzling and beautiful and entirely full of symbolic and sentimental elements, it is exactly what I dreamed up with...

Dietrich Jewelry has been our jewelers for more than 40 years. Their newly remodeled store is gorgeous and very welcoming. They always give their personal touch when shopping there. My late husband Terry bought beautiful jewelry for me from Bob and it was always a surprise. When we first started dating he bought me a charm bracelet from Bob for our first Christmas and every year since had added a Christmas charm to it. I now have the pleasure of working with Ann.I starting taking charms off my Christmas bracelet, purchased bracelets to add the charms to for each of my 3 granddaughters to carry on the tradition their grandfather started for me.
