The food is great, which makes it so disheartening that every time I have gone into the place the young blonde waitress treats myself and guests horribly. My boyfriend and I tried to go in tonight for their wings special. We went inside to inform them that we would be outside (because our first time there she yelled at us for that). When my boyfriend politely tried to do so, she immediately cut him off and started borderline yelling at him. I understand that it was busy; however, I have worked in the food industry for 5 years and would never treat customers the way that she does. This was our first time in almost a year going there, due to her behavior. We decided to give it a shot and we were beyond disappointed. We immediately walked out and will not be returning. Good food, horrible service. Sat at a larger table with my party as the bar was full and no other seating was available, server was rude and stated they'd "get us in and out fast bc not ALL our chaurs were full to sit there", (mind you all other seating was full and IT'S SEAT YOURSELF). Couple behind my party took another larger table, was told the same thing. Table behind us asked what kinds of fish to which the server replied in a cocky manner "there's a board right over there (across the resteraunt), they they adked if they could get 1 piece of fish as they wouldn't eat all three, waiter got mad and said "well I guess whatever" to the couole behind my party, never came back to refill drinks, brought check right away after food. The french dip was horrible. Menu states shaved ribeye/ piled high. There wasn't anything close to being piled high. It was a 1/4" stack of dry, tasteless super thin processed meat on a dry toasted bun. It was like the steak-ummm brand, but worse. Honestly, that sandwich shouldn't be on the menu. It's not up to par with the rest of the menu. If that was my first time eating there, I don't think I'd risk trying something else. My son's ribeye steak sandwich was delicious.
