Went to see the new movie Minecraft on Saturday 4/5 really was not thrilled with my experience. I have never in my life been to a movie theater where there was clapping screaming and no consequences during the movie besides one reminder to be quiet to the people yelling and told they would be kicked out of it continued. Well they didn’t get kicked out or stop. The poor family infront of me the dad got so upset he left. My family got so upset we finally yelled be quiet. Poor service but it wasn’t a bad movie for what I could see and hear. Very sad how kids act now versus when I was younger going to movie theaters with my family. If I acted half the way these middle schoolers acted I’d get in big trouble. Sadly the young boy in-front of me acted more responsible and respectful than the middle or high schoolers that were there. Excellent no frills theater. One theater room which means easy access in and out, concessions is priced well and popcorn is delicious and right on the way in. They dont have dream loungers but they dp have for love seats which works better for someone plus sized like me. Im actually very pleased, had anxieties pf going to the movies because of seating but last week i saw maverick and enjoyed the seating and experience so much we just got home from seeing the rise of gru with my step son. Only downside is if i ever need to use the bathroom id have to go to a nearby business since the theater restrooms are in the basement and not handicapped accessible. Nice theater - THE ORIGINAL Marcus theater and love the $5 movies every day. I only wish they would have more variety in terms of movie options on the weekdays and especially the weekends. The theater typically plays the same movie all week through the weekend - and often times it's a PG film for kids that's played for all movie showings morning noon and night. That''s great for kids, but what about adult movies? I'd see a lot more movies if they offered adult movies in the evenings, especially on the weekends. Please reconsider changing it up a bit. My friends and I would be there a lot more often for...
