Diamonds 4 Ever — Local services in Riverside Township

I think this store should not be allowed to sell Pandora products. I went into this location yesterday to purchase a charm for a friend's birthday. As I browsed for charms, the lady did inform me that they were sold out of a lot of charms. I do understand seeing that Christmas has just passed. This location is smaller than most of the Pandora's I have been to. I finally landed on a charm to purchase. As I have made my purchase, I see them packaging the customer next to me items in this little baggie. These same bags that are used from small jewelry stores in the mall. They don't have the boxes to place the charm in like the other locations. I immediately requested a return of the item to go to a different Pandora. They then tell me they can't do returns. The customer next to me also informs me that they don't have any receipts to provide either. None of this information was provided upfront before my purchase. I requested to speak with a Manager, who they told me was not in right at that moment. They called her several times. Finally, they tell me they have medium Pandora bags they can provide. All this time they had other bags to offer but aren't offering them to the customers. People don't want to pay for Pandora to be given these little folder up bags and no boxes. They don't even have the tissue paper or anything to make the purchase look presentable. I continuously called up there to speak with a Manager, being told different stories each time. I even called other Pandora locations that I have been to and went on Pandora's homepage to read that returns are allowed. No where in the store did it display "No Refunds allowed". This is horrible customer service. I am still waiting to speak with the manager Roni about this poor...

HORRIBLE Place to Shop 0 out of 5 Stars! DO NOT SHOP AT DIAMONDS 4 EVER SCAMMERS!

I had a terrible experience at this store and would never recommend it to anyone. I went in to purchase an engravable ring. I selected the one I wanted, and they told us engraving would cost an extra $40. We agreed, not knowing there was an actual Pandora store in the same mall that does engravings.

They told us it would take two days to get the engraving done, and we said that was fine. However, as soon as we left, we saw the actual Pandora store complete with an engraving machine and realized we could’ve gotten the ring done the same day and for less money.

We saw the same young lady from Diamonds 4 Ever heading into Pandora, and I stopped her to ask for a refund because I now wanted the ring that day. She said she’d speak with her manager. We waited at Diamonds 4 Ever for her to return she never did.

I then spoke to another woman in the store and asked for a refund because:

They charged us $140 for the ring

The same ring was only $108 at Pandora

They told me engraving would take two days, but now they were rushing to do it that same moment at Pandora

Turns out, the young lady took the ring to Pandora to get engraved for just $20 while they charged me $40 for the same service! I told them I no longer wanted the ring, and they still refused to give me a refund.

The man in the store blamed the young lady for everything and told her she had to pay me back. I asked for a manager, and he claimed there wasn’t one available.

This business is dishonest, overcharges customers, and lacks professionalism. Avoid Diamonds 4 Ever at all costs go to a legitimate store like...

I purchased a Pandora bracelet from Diamond s 4 ever last Spring and my charm broke and I was told that they can either fix it or it can be replaced with a new one. Well that was not the case they gave me a run around about finding me in their system then finally, I have to wait to get an approval from the store manager which after three days I had to call to follow up. After I called earlier in the day I get a call in the evening saying that my charm could not be fixed. So then I asked to speak to the manager they would not give me the information just a first name with the store number."GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE" YEAH RIGHT!! I'm upset because I spent $175 on a bracelet thinking that they stand behind the name PANDORA and they do not. Pandora should not let these small independent business sell their products because it makes them have a bad reputation for not helping the customer. This was a bad experience for me and I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM DIAMONDS 4 Ever Again! I didn't like their service and no one was helpful no matter how much money you've spent in their store. I will never purchase something like this from a independent retailer ever again! And I will be reporting this store...
