Elliotts For Pets — Local services in Riverside

We've been buying dog and cat food here for years. A few years ago Elliots told us that when we buy 12 bags of Natural Balance dog food we would get the 13th one free. Hey, that brand is around $60 a bag, so a free one would be nice. But here's the rub, we've never been able to get a free bag. Every time we've gotten close to 12 bags we'd go in they tell us we have less bags than they told us we had the last time we were there. Took me awhile to figure it out something was amiss. So then I started having the clerk write our bag count on the receipt and initial it. That seemed to help. Nope! Went there today, but forgot to bring our last receipt with us, and once again were told our count was less than it actually is. When I brought it up with the kid ringing us up he seemed not to care one bit. Then another kid behind the counter tells us that we've got to get to 12 bags in 14 months or they subtract from your total. Huh? That's a new one. We try to support local businesses whenever possible, but not at the expense of getting jerked around over and over again. Time to take our demand for pet supplies...

Hi my name is dustin biggs and I have lived in the riverside area for a little over 38 years and I have been coming to Elliott's for pets for about 25 of those years and I have always gotten the nolige ,and the help I needed from them . The elliot's family is great and very caring and helpful and very caring and when it comes to the next critter and are family pet and there quality of life in there live stock off all animals that they provide for us is the greatest of all time . I have gone in and ordered large big fish tanks and I got what I paid for and the vision of a great fish tank set up that I wanted . I get lots of fish from them and I buy dog stuff for the family dogs from them and they are always pleasing and willing to help make a pets life great .

I like shopping here but recently the customer service just isn't there anymore the fish tanks are full of green algae can't even see the fish and even have dead ones just laying there it used to be cleaned up and fully stocked with different varieties.Another reason is the "workers" you have there just goof off and hangout in the register area instead of walking around the shop and helping customers in need.When they were approached for help instead of taking me to show me what I specifically needed they just said we'll its in the same isle you picked up your other item in and continued to talk and laugh with the other workers.To the manager and owner of this place I really suggest you keep an eye out for your business because now days there's lots of competition and hard days for business to be loosing customers like this would eventually lead to...
