Only 1 star because I have to. Friday 4/11 around 7pm my stepdad called in an order for my mom,gma and myself to pick up at 8pm(I was off work in Anaheim at 7,needed the drive time), the manager asked if 830pm was ok, he told her it was not she said ok. I got to the restaurant right at 8pm and asked for my order, the manager came out and told me someone called back and pushed the order to 830, I told her no they didn’t and she said yes they did, I took the call, I’ll have your food out in 10-15minutes, ok so I step outside… my step dad even called the restaurant back after I told him and she told him the same thing…. Now I go back in at 815, another man walks in shortly after me asks for his food and they go back and get it, now it’s 820 and I ask for them to check on my food, a gentleman brings it out and I ask to speak to a manager and he asks if I could tell him why, I explain the above and let him know I know she’s lying because my mom is literally dying in the hospital and visiting hours are over at 9pm and I didn’t want to have to rush, the manager came over looked at me pushed the food over said take it and walked away, I barely got to the hospital and got my mom her food 5 minutes before visiting hours were over because of all this mess and that’s why we asked for the 8pm ready time. I will not be coming back here ever again, not worth it. Maybe if the manager that tries to stand business on lies is gone, but no never again. Trash experience after going here...

Food is delicious, as usual. The experience was soured, today, by the wait staff.

Went inside and placed my name on the list for a 15 minute wait. Went to the bathroom after that for about 4 minutes max. After 15 minutes passed, saw a party of 5, same number as my party, come in and get escorted to a table with no wait. I asked about my party. Turns out they called my name, but nobody responded. Apparently 15 minutes is defined as 4 minutes since they skipped me when I was in the bathroom.

Started off well with Sarah; server for our area was on break.

Once she left, things took a turn for the worst. Our appetizer, artichoke dip, took 20 minutes to reach our table. We had a newborn baby on the aisle on sling. Two of the servers bumped into newborn. Our server would constantly reach over newborn to take plates/cups and check. Relief server who brought over refills would not acknowledge us verbally.

We live in Moreno Valley. This is the closest Island's around. This is, by far, the most memorable moment we've come across, and not in a good way.

I came here for dinner with my 5year old nephew and sister. The restaurant was pretty busy. However we were seated right away. Our waiter Garret was courteous and very helpful he spoke to my nephew and took down what he wanted to drink. My nephew said..and I quote he is COOL. I ordered the hula and asked for it to be medium well, but it was more on the raw side. So I asked Garrett if he could have it cooked again and he kindly took my burger back to fix the problem. It took awhile for my order to be ready however Garrett made it a point to keep coming by and apologizing for delay and assured me it was on its way. When it was ready John M brought it to me I believed he might be the manager. I’m not sure actually only assuming but he was courteous as well. He also took the time to speak to my nephew and presented him with an award for having the best tshirt. I think that is really awesome that both man included my nephew in a conversation with my sister and I. Some places usually just take your order and return with it when your order is ready. But for them to actually take the time and converse with my nephew while they were extremely busy was just awesome. Thank you...
