My experience has not been good. At first they promise they will take care of requests for knobs missing, bad tires w/ busted radial belts, bad door panel coming apart, and more but none has been done. I asked for better tires and the owner said he'd take care of that. The day after the sale I had the tires checked out because there was a horrible shake at 60-70 miles per hour. There was a busted radial cord on one tire. One tire was 11 years old, and the other three were over 5 years old. A week after the purchase the 11 year old tire was shredding tread on the side about 15 inches long and you could see the radial cords. A week before it was shredding, I had told them about the busted cord on the other tire and the owner wanted to look at my odometer as if I damaged it even after showing it to him the day after I had them checked due to shaking. Once the shredded tire was seen (a week later) he knew it was a liability and immediately had another used tire put on it. The 4 matching tires I requested still hasn't been done. He even shook my hand on that agreement...lol. Before I signed on the dotted lines they acted like they were willing to go the extra mile for me. The phone #'s I was able to reach them on were good until they sold the car. Once the sale was final I couldn't reach them on either #. , and when I tried the dealership there was no answer numerous times, straight to voicemail. I sent text messages also to no avail. They promised to replace the broken door panel, 2 knobs on rear A/C but haven't made any effort yet. The wife of the owner has a very sarcastic snobbish better than thou attitude toward people if they need something done and says we can give your money back knowing full well you need the car. God forbid if they kept their word!! I had simple requests made at the time of purchase and they are in no hurry to handle it. The A/C had a leak and cost me $400 to repair because they refused to split the cost with me after only 2 weeks of having the car and even though I have a service agreement of 3000 miles or 3 months for small repairs like an alternator, starter, etc. The windshield sprayer also hasn't worked and the passenger window suddenly has a glitch or bad motor/switch's and won't go up/down like it should. Sometimes gets stuck opened or closed. 90% of my requests were simple things that the dealership could've resolved within a week and yet I'm in the 3rd week and no attempt's outside of one liability of a shredding tire has been replaced...with a used tire that doesn't match any of the others. All four tires are mix matched and still one has a bubble on the side of it from the busted radial cord inside which still causes a slight shake at 60-70 mph. I'm set on taking care of these things myself because these people only care about themselves and not their customers. I believe the Mr. Pandu might be more willing to help if not for his wife's interferences, but she seems to not want to help after the...

If you see a white Chevy Cobalt sport on the lot run away from it, it needs $6500 in suspension work, has the wrong computer in it, transmission slips. When the owner was informed he made no attempt to remedy the situation, we also bought the warranty from him on the vehicle which wouldn't cover the repairs as it should have been found in a mandatory safety check by the seller. We are in contact with a attorney about this situation.

Update: After speaking with our attorney they are really good at covering their liabilities so even if you pay $6k down and the car is fault it's your problem and you still have to pay even if the car isn't worth repairing.

I recommend avoiding this place and go to another place.

Edit: After reading their reply to my update on a 1 year old post all I have to say is that this review wouldn't have happened if their warranty were any good or they did proper inspections. Went to another place, they just happen to have sold me a used van with some issues and unlike you they chose to make it right. Y'all have some good looking cars but your commitment to selling quality vehicles is what is in question. Also I have removed my personal recommendation from the review.

While we are at this let's add further proof you are scammers. First they showed me 2 vans, one was a Honda Odyssey it had a bad motor, hard knocking, second they showed me another van that the transmission was gone enough that it took more than 20 seconds to switch into drive. But you know after talking to the owner we were finally shown the car above and were told that any issues in the first year were warrantied which was a lie, when informed I wouldn't be making any more payments on a cobalt after putting $6k down, finding out the repairs would be another $6500 to make it safe to drive on wet roads, that the warranty wouldn't cover it as it would have had to be found in pre sale inspection your choice is to cut all contact until you could repossess when if you would have even said that you would let me bring it in and use my down payment on another vehicle or even offered to split the costs this all would have ended far...

UNREAL SERVICE. No lip service here at all... I'm telling you right now, if you value great service and doing business with great people... with great value and great products, this is a no brianer and you are truly missing out if you do not go visit Purasand and speak to them, if you are in the market for a quality car with all the above added in. It was a super quick and easy, hassle free purchase and zero pressure. After I test drove the car and agreed to purchase it.... the owner wanted to drive it before I picked it up. I arrived to pick it up and take it home.... and the owner told me ... " I DROVE THE CAR EARLIER TODAY AND I HEARD SOMETHING I DIDNT LIKE. NOISE FROM UNDERNEATH... SO I HAD ONE OF OUR MECHANICS LOOK IT OVER. I HAD HIM REPLACE THE CONTROL ARM AND BOOT AND AC JOINT." ...What???!!! This man had no reason to do that for us and he went ABOVE AND BEYOND to fix this for us, thats AMAZING SERVICE and was at least 1000$ worth of work and labor that he fixed for us becuase he told me he loves his customers and he didnt want to sell me a car that wasnt 100 percent perfect or that he "wouldnt put his kids in." UN REAL. Above and beyond service, fantastic people. Stop by and chat with them, and see how genuine they are and how much they want to...
