Donatos Pizza — Restaurant in Riverside

Ordered from this store & the service was just horrible!! Taking the initial order went fine but something was going on with my bank & they were have issues with their system that day & my card did not initially go through. Instead of someone from Donatos calling me back to inform me of this I sat for over an hour waiting on a pizza that was never coming. I had to call to inquire where the food was. The young lady on the phone stated there was a problem with delivery & that the guy was out now delivering it. She asked me to hold & then the manager comes to the phone & tells me another story saying my card did not go through. I said why didn't someone call to inform me I've been sitting for over an hour. He said someone did call. And I informed him I've been sitting beside my phone the whole time I've been waiting & the phone didn't ring once. He just said huh...nothing else. Obviously no one attempted to call. He then asks if I still wanted my order I said yes my family has been once again waiting over an hour. He runs the card again & it just so happens to go through this time. He then says it will be another 45 to 60 minutes...I say but I've already been waiting for over an hour!! The pizza finally came earlier than what the manager said, but when I opened the box the pizza was not cut at all & the added mushrooms which I said do not put on because I have a child who is allergic. So...now one of my kids gets no pizza. Now I'm not blaming Donatos for my banks screw up but I was very upset for the no calling & for the lack of giving a damn about the customer. I got a "huh"...& my pizza was made wrong. I was very upset because we love Donatos & normally our experiences with this business is pleasant. But I will not be using this location ever again. I placed an order online with a pickup time at the drive thru window for 8:41pm. I arrived at 8:43pm and did not recieve my food until 9:03pm and it was wrong. The manager Mark asked me at 8:53pm to move to the end of the line(there were 2 cars behind me) due to my order was not ready. I said no due to my order was to be ready at 8:41pm. He said nothing. When I did get my order that Mark handed me 22 minutes late it was wrong. The receipt asked for both pizzas to be pie cut and the wings plain with BBQ on the side. Each pizza was cut in squares and wings BBQ sauce all over them. When I checked the food & seen it was wrong. Let the manager know he said well I know one was not pie cut. So you knew my order was wrong and still gave it to me with no apologizes. After I told him this happened the last time I ordered from the Airway location I had the same issue. I asked him what was he going to do about it & he said I will give you a credit. No I want my $57 dollars back. For me to spend that with your company and get no apology or anything but a blank face. I ordered from this Donatos for years but now I drive to the North Fairfield store just to avoid the airway one. Something happened and it became a party central in there. They look like they're having a great time, which is great! But, why is my pizza always underdone. Do they not care about the history and idealogy behind the company. Donatos became popular due to that nice crispy thin crust with the nice crisp crunchy edged pepperonis. This donatos only produces soggy pies now with flimsy pepperoni. And here's the kicker, I started ordering it well-done, just in case there was a new cooking policy change that was causing this, but to no avail. After 4 soggy regulars pizzas, and 3 soggy "well done" pizzas, I've given up. I've had 0 problems from the Beavercreek Donatos thus far.
