Customers Beware! Ordered wings from here consistently for last 5 years. My wife ordered same plain tenders as she did last evening and every other time. First order came with sauce covered on them. My wife called in and spoke to manager who told her they would bring our new order but asked her to tip driver and he was going to charge the cook for the wrong order. This in itself put a bad taste in our mouths. Driver came and was polite. We tipped him, although he insisted we not. My wife opened new tenders and they were seasoned and not plain as we requested. This was not how they were repared last night or anytime before. I immediately called the store and told them of the issue. The driver returned to pick up the wrong order. He insisted they were prepared this way all the time. I tried to explain we just ordered them last night and they did not have seasoning on them. He continued to argue with me and told me this how they are done every time. I went and got a plain boneless wing to show him the difference in color. He then stated those are boneless wings and not tenders. I apparently know the difference but was only trying to show him what we were expecting. He was on phone with his manager and told me we didn’t explain to him corectly. I thought I was very clear. Plain is plain. Growing frustrated by his dismissive attitude, i told him to just forget it and took the tenders back and threw them in the trash. As a business owner myself, I was very disappointed in the professionalism of this establishment. Understanding customers are sometimes difficult, but when your wrong own it and make it right at whatever cost. Although we have enjoyed their wings Over the years it’s very clear their management has changed. We will not be ordering from Wing Zone from airway In the near future. Suggestion is to take care of your customer base and except the fact we all make mistakes. We never asked for a refund nor was one offered. Very disappointed in this establishment. Used to love this place but I'm no longer ordering here. Too many issues lately. Finally did me in on my last order when I placed the order and get a 45 minute delivery time... after 26 minutes I get the email saying delivery on the way so i wait and wait... I call to see whats going on and I'm places on hold for about 4 minutes so I hang up and wait a few before I call back, figured they were busy, so when I call again he puts me straight to hold, no hello or anything... I then call back so I can just cancel my order but yet again, put straight to hold. I black out my entire house hoping the delivery drivers takes the hint and head to bed... 48 minutes after it was out for delivery, with my food and drinks just riding around long enough to be ordered from Cincinnati, the driver arrived, I hear him knocking from my room twice, then a 3rd round of knocking is much louder as the guy opened my front door and is beating on my main door, 12:18 am mind you yelling "wingzone"... by the time I get to my door he is at it for the fourth time so I swing my door open tell him he needs to stop beating on my door like that and that i was no longer interested in hour old food, he seems to square up and i have to place my foot outside my door for him to take the hint to leave after he argues with me for a few minutes, finally leaves and swearing the whole time. Read moreFirst I’ll say that my family would sometimes order food from here a couple times a month. Loved their wings. Well now I will take my business elsewhere…. Order their deal for 20 wings, wedges and dessert plus I ordered a side salad….ordered drums for 10 of the 20… didn’t get that right ordered and paid for extra sauce on side …didn’t get that right and they forgot my salad…. Called the store right away and was told they were closed and the person on phone said he was janitor…. Well that wasn’t correct because I have went and picked up wings and he was the one that checked me out, I recognized the voice…. He told me that I would have to call back and speak to the manager. So I was ripped off for the cost of my salad and side of sauce. Like I said I will never order from this restaurant again. Thank you wing zone you are saving this family of 5 a lot of money. Was also hung up on when tried to speak to the store owner/managers son that answered this call and lied about being a janitor.
