Shari lost one my dogs a few years back and didn’t really even look for her. I had to leave work which was 40 minutes away and when I got to her house she wasn’t even looking for her. I had to run around yelling my dogs name and found her in an irrigation ditch. It was really unfortunate becasue I did consider Shari a good friend and the fact she didn’t even care enough to look for her is just not okay. What kind of business does that? had I not left work to look for her myself she would be dead. I have no idea how she got in the irrigation ditch but looking at her in the ground through the grates was the saddest thing of my life! I felt as if she was really careless and that really changed my perception of her. You have a lost dog and you’re not even out looking for her?? Also she was in an irrigation ditch, if that would’ve turned on she would be dead. She also did t even let me know, I had text her that day out of the blue to see how the dogs were doing, and she messaged me a bit later saying that one of my dogs had “gotten out”. She didn’t look for her and didn’t go out and call her name, the situation was just upsetting and traumatizing. Another problem I noticed is Shari never seem to be there. She was literally never home and often I was told that several of the dogs would hang out in the garage doing who knows what not getting any actual playtime. And when I showed up to get my dogs it was usually her daughter who answered the door. Shari never seemed to even be home and left me feeling really uneasy about the care of my dogs. She took no responsibility in losing my dog and took no responsibility in finding her and clearly she can’t even keep track of dogs or even let people know when the dog runs away (which shouldn’t happen in the first place)

Also in response to being “extremely vulgar” is just not true lol. You weren’t even planning on hiring me and then completely blew me off. How disappointing because i thought you were a friend. All i hear is a bunch of excuses and deflecting lol, but it’s whatever honestly. I considered you a friend and you not only treated me like you didn’t care about our friendship but you clearly didn’t care about my dog, as i was the one who had to leave work to find her. You didn’t even look for her! I had to leave work and it took me 40 minutes to get to your house and you were inside not even looking for her. No excuse for that. You should NOT be watching dogs considering your lack of care. Shari Seemed really Nice AT FIRST, however my very sweet and cuddly puppy started to have some major issues and seemed really upset not wanting to go anywhere and really wanted to leave her house when I would come to get him like angry to get out. Well I decided to try day care one more week (he only went 1 x per week) and when I dropped him off OF COURSE Shari was not there I had not seen her for the previous 3 weeks when I picked him up or dropped him off. So I texted her about the issues my boy was having and she said oh I will make sure to pay extra attention to him today and I had specifically stated that if he seemed unhappy to call me and I would come get him. My husband and I have tried very hard to keep his innocent personality very happy in the year we have had him he is just a baby. She assured me he was totally fine and happy and playful, however when I got there to get him he was again very upset freaking out to try to get out of her house. I asked the daughter how he did because again Shari was not there and her daughter told me that he had been scratching at the door wanting to go home all day, I told her that is not what her mom said and the daughter told me that is because her mom hadn't been there all day. So I was really really mad that Shari had lied to me about the welfare of my baby boy and that she is not there paying attention to my dog and leaving him in the hands of maybe an 18 year old. I thought that maybe something had happened to my boy while being at day care and sure enough in the past few weeks since not going to day care his personality has come back and he is his happy playful self again. I am really upset with the lies and lack of focus on my dog. I will not be taking him back to her...

Update: I just went to update my review so more people get to see it! 7 trees is still a 5/5 star company. Steel has had to finally have a few longer overnight stays recently, and I was worried about it. They are amazing and text you updates whenever they can or you ask. Getting pictures of your dog having fun while you’re out of town is the best feeling. Having your pups with them over the holidays is the best becuase they come home with a sweet arts and craft. 7 Trees is one of the things I am most grateful for. Having people who love your dog as much as you is really fhe best feeling!

I truly could not say enough good things about 7 Tree Farms. I have an almost-two year old lab mix, Steel. He is my whole life and I have little family here to watch him on the couple days that I work in office/if I go out of town. I was so worried about what I would do with him when I do. I found 7 tree farms and loved how they allow dogs to play together all day rather than be in kennels. The only issue is Steel is veryyyyy timid and anxious around new people. He’s loving and will warm up, but he’s very vocal when he gets scared. He still has his little tantrums, but 7 Tree Farms has never not once refused to care for him or complained in the slightest. They really work to build the dogs they watch trust. Steel has a new favorite person there named Kaitlyn. She is amazing and has the best energy. We love her so much. At the end of the day, all I want is for Steel to be in good hands and I trust the whole staff at 7 Tree Farms to give him care as if he was their own. They are opening a new facility soon and I’m sure they are taking in a lot more ‘kids’- so if you’re looking for somewhere amazing this is your...
