La Fountain Mexican Restaurant | Riverton — Restaurant in Riverton

Very skeptical coming in due to some of the reviews but decided to give it a try. My fiance and I came in at lunch time, Griselda was our waitress, very pleasentful and smiley. Place was clean. my fiance ordered the chimichanga special and I had the Smothered burrito special and ordered an extra burrito because usually most places you go they are pretty small and I have a big appetite 😁. anywho, we chowed down on some chips and salsa which was ok nothing to brag about but hey it's free. Griselda brings out our food about 10-15 minutes later and OMG I could not beleive how much food there was, they had to put my other burrito on a separate plate and than finished filling that plate with chili Verde (no skimping here what so ever). I have pretty high standards and I was very impressed, the food was really good. Are there better places.....yes but for the price and convienence I highly recommend and will return soon! not sure what the bad reviews are referring too....maybe we just hit the perfect day and ordered the...

First off, let me start by saying I never leave a review especially a negative one for any restaurant but today this one deserves it. I used to love coming to this location I drive past two different locations the Herriman La Fountain and a law Frontera to come out to this one because of the quality and standard they use to have. I ordered three orders of three smothered burritos. I like how they always put one in one container and the other two in a separate container instead of smashing all three together and they used to be a nice big size but today the quality of their tortillas was thin and nonexistent. Their burritos were super small, barely any beans inside them no pork at all on top or inside the burrito like they always used to have. The side salsa's says they give you Are barely half.

I don’t know what happened to this location, but I will no longer go out of my way to go to this one But they need to get their stuff together because this quality no longer seems...

Horrible experience!!! I go almost once a week for my family of 8. Tonight I went and paid $70.89 for 2 orders of 3 bean and cheese burritos and 2 orders of 3 smothered burritos, full guacamole, 1 menudo and a full order of smothered fries. I get all the way home and am missing 4 of the bean and cheese burritos and the torts for the menudo. I call and am told I have to take back all the boxes I do have to prove that I didn't get my bean and cheese burritos or the torts for the menudo.. what the heck at that point I will not have anything warm to eat when I so get home. So at the end of the 40 minute call with the owner I am told he is fine with me writing a Google review about my experience and get no refund or replacement for my missing items I PAID for!!! never again will I go to this Riverton location. So much for supporting local...
