RunGr8 Running Center — Local services in Riverton

I have rarely experienced such wonderful customer service as I received at RunGr8 in Riverton today. This is a family run business and they treated me as such from the moment I walked in the door. As most quality running establishments will, they took the time to measure my feet, test my weight distribution and arches, and do a biomechanical analysis with their treadmill and camera. I was then brought shoes to try that were best suited to my body and running needs. I am not a marathon runner. I run for exercise and because I enjoy it, but I'm not out to dedicate myself to running. I was concerned that I would be presented and encouraged to purchase $250 shoes, but the matches presented were $110-$120. It was my first time in to road runner and I used ally go to dicks. It was busy so I understood not being greeted right away. I then walked around for a while by myself looking at new slip ons. 5 minutes had passed with no help and I’m not the most patient I admit so I was frustrated as I felt unseen. My mood went from bad to amazing because the girl with brown hair asked me rushing around if I needed help. I was about to leave and decided I did need help. I believe her name was emily & she was able to take care of two customers and myself. She got my sizes & was able to help me put it on for comfort,let me walk around, and then helped a guy do these imprint things. Emily checked me out and I went in my way. I LOVED my experience here. My daughter is on the track team at her school and this is her first year, so we have no clue what we are doing and especially what type of shoes she should have. From the moment Ethan greeted us to the time we left the store, he was extremely helpful and so delightful and VERY knowledgeable about the shoes/products in the store. Honestly ETHAN is what made our experience so awesome!!! I felt confident in the shoes he recommended for my daughter. And the time and consideration he spent with us was top notch!!
