The place was clean, The staff was decently. But the food I ordered was very disappointing. I ordered the cantina box combo and I got this little taco and burrito or something like that and then a small handful of nacho chips and cheese. The price has went up drastically and the quality is going downhill even more. I used to eat Taco Bell quiet frequently because I really like the beefy five layer burrito and the Mexican pizza. The new Mexican pizza is bigger than the old version at least I think. So it's worth paying a little bit more five bucks is pushing it but it's worth it once in a while. Unfortunately this day I did not order those that I usually do because I've kind of been disappointed with the feelings inside the burritos lately. This cantina box was just as bad I felt like I got about $5 worth of food for $11. Anyways I guess you get what you get when you by fast food you cant always depict how good that franchise or food chain is going to do on the food you buy that day some days are better than others I guess but I tend to find out that when I go to certain stores some stores are more regular with their quality and some stores are hit and miss. It's nice to find a Taco Bell that makes the food you want the way you want it for the price that they are asking. Might not go back to this one...
Read moreHow companies react and treat their customers during this time of distress for everyone is a strong indicator for the future. We have eaten at this Taco Bell before - many times. Taco Bell is what it is. The food is OK, and is mostly targeted towards hungry teenagers (let's be honest). The manager of this restaurant was VERY rude to my pregnant daughter, telling her that she shouldn't sit in the drive-thru to get drinks. She needed to come into the store if that was all she was ordering.. My daughter is 8 months pregnant and has a toddler. As such she is high risk for COVID. Why on earth would a Taco Bell manager tell people they needed to "come inside if you want to get drinks"? If that is a policy of Taco Bell's there should be some advertising or something to announce it. If it is a policy, it is a bad one to have during COVID where people are actively avoiding public places. Telling customers they need to come inside if they're only ordering a drink. We tried calling to discuss this directly with them and they would not even pick up the phone. My advice? Skip the Taco Bell in Riverton (read some of these other reviews if you have...

I had an amazing experience at the Riverton, Utah Taco Bell drive-thru, all thanks to Will and Collin! From the moment I pulled up, Will’s friendly and upbeat energy made the whole interaction feel welcoming and personable. He took my order with such genuine enthusiasm, double-checking everything to make sure it was perfect.
At the pickup window, Collin was just as impressive—quick, efficient, and super friendly. Even during a busy time, he kept things moving smoothly while making sure my order was fresh, hot, and perfectly prepared. It’s rare to find fast food employees who care so much about providing a great experience, but Will and Collin went above and beyond, I got lost in their eyes and touched by their warmhearted behavior.
Their teamwork and positive attitudes really stood out and made my visit unforgettable. I left with a smile on my face and great food. This Taco Bell location has earned my loyalty thanks to their hard work and kindness. Highly recommend stopping by if you want excellent service...
