Better Sofas is AMAZING!! What I got with shopping locally at Better Sofas was TOP NOTCH 100% SERVICE and a TOP QUALITY sectional. So comfy. So solid. Perfectly upholstered.

First, there was the shopping experience. I went there twice before I actually purchased and both times got a lot of information about how their product line would meet my preferences and situation. Shannon was awesome and the selection process was practically effortless. I couldn't find anything anywhere else that I thought was comparable in look and quality for any less, and it was exactly what I wanted.

The second concern ... and this is where they knocked it out of the park ...... was this was going to a second floor living room in an old house where there are stairs with a landing and a turn half way up. It is NOT an easy delivery of anything large. I told Shannon about my concern of ordering something that would not fit, and I wanted to maximize the size of this sectional. She was like, no problem, we'll send out our delivery specialist and he will take a look at it with the sofa specs and whatever he says is pretty much guaranteed the way it will go. If not, they would not make me accept the sectional. Austin came out, nicest guy you'll ever want to meet, and came back with a "can do" attitude. He was certain it was going to deliver. Sure enough, when the sofa was ready they came out and got it delivered. It wasn't easy, but they were completely professional and got it up the stairs without hurting the sofa or my house. I can't tell you how appreciative I was for the way Better Sofas handled EVERYTHING about this purchase. 100% professional from start to finish. Everyone pleasant, helpful...

I had bought many years ago and was happy with purchases and service, and I was comfortable going into the store and buying a couple pieces when we down sized 3 years ago. Again, they were over-top-friendly and knowledgeable. One piece we needed was a recliner and I decided after much encouragement from owner to buy this particular one and the comfort of the store model, to purchase it, at a $900 (there about) price. I ordered this particular one, along with a nice sofa, and when it was delivered, we found the mechanism for allowing it to recline was so difficult to operate, we could barely get it to recline (we are in our 80’s). The owner came out a couple of times, was very aware of our dissatisfaction with the chair, but assured us it would loosen up. We were out of town several months while chair sat, and when we returned we still found us incapable of reclining it. We made this known with his same response (no mention of taking this “new” chair back). Now, going on 4 years of ownership, the chair is still so very hard to operate, I plan to give it Away.. My question is this: if customer service is important, why would the offer of taking this new chair back so we could get one we could operate never suggested? I would never again buy at nor recommend this...

My husband and I have been searching for a couch for a few weeks. After visiting multiple furniture outlets around town, we stopped in to see what better sofas could offer. He was absolutely wonderful and made us know how important sourcing his business locally to ensure we had the best quality. Better sofas is well worth the cost. Each piece of furniture can be made custom to order from depth of cushion, to fabric, and type of cushion filling. After we were told the costs of purchasing something from other stores that we weren't absolutely in love with along with their astronomical interest rates, we decided to purchase a lovely sectional that truly is amazing and comfortable in every way. The application for financing was painless and quick and since we got a floor model, we will have our couch within one day of purchase. We got a great deal and learned about every product in the store that is locally made by the knowledgeable Colby. I highly recommend purchasing your furniture from this...
