I was trying to place an order on the website for the Plano location and when I reviewed my receipt it defaulted to the trophy club location. I called this location and spoke to a gentleman the first time and he said that he voided the transaction and I should see it back on my card. I waited a week and did not see it! Second time a called I spoke to a lady, she was not friendly at all and sounded like I was annoying her she said she will let her supervisor know and I should receive a callback. I waited another couple days no call or refund! Third time a called a believe I spoke to the supervisor she said that she was going to talk to the district manager to get this taken care and that I should receive a call or an email! NOTHING!!! It has been almost a month and I have not received anything! I am out a little over $60 for food I never received!! It’s the customer service and lying for me!! Read moreI love Tropical Smoothie Cafe but this location is just not it. I was excited to try their new Bowls. I ordered but then proceeded to wait 10 minutes before they even took my payment. No other cars were before me or after me. At that point I didn't have time to eat so I asked for the bowl to be taken off. I received the biggest eyeroll and sigh I've ever heard with the cashier whining "BUT we just made it!" Then proceeded to still hand me the bowl plus a smoothie which I still wanted/needed at that point. I had to throw the bowl out since as I had told her I genuinely didn't have time anymore and couldn't eat it. Please advice your cashiers to inform customers of longer wait times. I understand that it’s better to come earlier if you can but I didn’t think that the employees would retaliate against me just for ordering a smoothie late. I asked for them to replace the banana in my smoothie with a different ingredient and instead they put an overwhelming amount of banana just to send the message that they were upset. I know what the drink tastes like without any modifications and it doesn’t even come with as much banana as they put in it.
